So I don't know where to start. First off besides the dip tasting great I had a nasty side effect. I'm a bit concerned when my mouth after 2 days of use my mouth broke out with canker sores literally anywhere I put the dip. Just FYI I dipped for many years never had problems with cope or skoal brush my teeth regularly and I have pictures to prove it. Even when I upper decked the dip my lip broke out. I contacted the company and didn't even receive an email back might be time for a lawyer.

Love it, healthier alternative now this it’s 100% tobacco free. I’m currently trying the yellow blend and it’s amazing. Flavor is amazing, long lasting. Only if all the favors would stay in stock, id probably dip it every day.

Got the bourbon flavor doesn’t take like bourbon what so ever got my dip in three days which is just fine but even though it taste kinda like watermelon it’s a different experience I like it not saying I’m going to quit my natural extra long cut Copenhagen but every once and awhile it’s nice for a change I recommend this

Honestly I'm really upset. I ordered 8 cans and when I got them I realized after opening a can of dip that it wasn't the same as it used to be. Won't be ordering anymore until its back to the old kind of dip

the flavor is still there,but its just not the same as it once was, not as juicy, dries out fast, doesn't give the same satisfaction

Point one: They never had "tough guy" wild watermelon it is outlaws flavor. point two: they changed it to be healthier. I bet it packs great. Anything i had gotten from outlaw was great just sad tough guy ended completely. Other than that good stuff.

Where to begin... Always sold out , terrible customer service , changed the dip to something different. I canceled my recent order once I received the “new” dip because it’s way different than the original dip that they were selling. So I won’t be ordering any more from them unless things change which I don’t see.

They’re all done. I’m one upset fan.

They just print out a tracking label and never ship your order. Then i email them to see why my order wasn't shipped comes up with excuses and says it should be shipped at a certain date which never happens. Email them days after that and tell them how they lied about it and i want a refund for the product i never received and their response is "yup." Only way to get your money back is to dispute it with your bank like i did.

My order was to being sent to a Marine Corps base. I was informed that it was being returned because the shipping address could not be located even though I have had multiple packages sent here. I was contacted by the COO Anthony Hazzard and they immediately shipped the product to a different address. While there have been many poor reviews on here about the customer service, I have no problems with the way I was treated. I will certainly be continuing my business with them.

This company sucks. I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping an it's been a week an still have not received my product. I have emailed them several times and have not received a response yet.I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

First of all this website is great. I would recommend it to anyone. But I haven’t gotten in the website for quite sometime now. But as a young 19 year old boy. I am obviously over 18 years of age and birthday is 04/20/1999, the website won’t let me in as I press enter and after I verified with Facebook.

Ordered on a Monday with regular shipping, received on a Thursday. I’m in Texas and they shipped from New York. Zero complaints on shipping. First time ordering and I ordered a variety of flavors. Only tried lemon so far and love it. Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely awful... Do not get priority mail. They are inconsiderate and awful to work with. 2 day shipping? Not even close. Now on day 8 and still nothing. Do not recommend this company to anyone. Have tried countless times to contact them and they wont even respond. Just want a refund on shipping thats all. False advertisement to the max.

I have made a couple orders with this company the product is great the shipping is trash I waited two weeks last time to get my order and they couldn't find it so they had a re ship it now I'm on day 12 and still nothing I have contacted them and they keep telling me that they shipped it when really they never did they just made a shipping label I own my own Vape company so I should know so I told them to stop the lies and just tell the truth so they said they would ship it on Monday and they never did I've asked for a refund and now I'm being ignored the dip is good the shipping is trash.

First I would like to say the product is awesome. I have ordered several times and received my order in 3 or 4 days. This order has taken over 10 days, and it's not even to the post office yet! I just want my daily dip. For the price we pay this should not be going on!
