We had the most
We had the most trouble free experience from the first contact with Deborah to the day we came back from our holiday. Everything was taken care of, nothing was a problem - talking on a weekend, dealing with a broken door in the hotel, choosing the best airport/time/airline to please my picky partner. We even had a room upgrade but not sure it happens every time. Great service and I am looking forward to using Tots too again.

We have had the pleasure of booking through Tots Too for a number of years and the service has been exemplary on every occasion. Deborah has always offered excellent advice in relation to destinations and hotels which would work for our family and as she has got to know us better, has tailored that to suit us even better. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tots Too to anyone traveling with children/teens - their knowledge and experience are invaluable in ensuring you can enjoy your time away and in the unlikely event of issues will ensure rapid and effective resolution. Time and time again the team excel
Time and time again the team solve our holiday needs. Last minute changes, unusual requests, hotel recommendations, excursion ideas and our general pickiness - it’s never a problem. We couldn’t rate the team high enough. They will continue to be looking after all of our family holidays in the future.

Through Covid and subsequently having booked our holiday in January 2020 we finally made it to Dubrovnik in July 2022. Throughout this time TOTS TOO kept me informed and made checks with the Hotel on my behalf.

Have booked several holidays with Tots Too. A mix of travelling style trips and beach holidays. Each one has been carefully planned nothing is ever a problem for Emma and Debra. They have a wealth of experience and great contacts which alway means a hassle free and wonderful experience. We are looking forward to our next trip at Easter with them!
