Easy to order and delivered on time.

Uneek sweatshirt nothing like the ones I already have (NOT from Total Workwear) Very thin, no fleecy lining. No indication of where it was manufactured. Very disappointing

We placed two relatively large orders with Total Workwear for sports club branded clothing for two different organisations with different branding - and Total Workwear have been excellent from start to finish. They have been really helpful throughout the process and have gone out of their way to be helpful and keep us fully informed. There was a slight mix up on the order (which was quite a complicated order to be fair to them) and this was rectified immediately without any fuss. We would 100% recommend Total Workwear for your branded clothing - they have been great to work with and the quality is excellent and the pricing was extremely competitive. We would not hesitate in placing our business with them again and would recommend them. Thank you so much.

We ordered 2 pairs of trousers from them on the 31 December 25, paid for overnight delivery. But we didn't get the trousers until the 13 Jan 26. It was only after we had questioned where the order was. (as nowhere on their website did it tell us trouser were out of stock), that we also were given a confirmation of our order until Friday 8 Jan 26, then we were promised the item would some the next day, but despite waiting in all day for the delivery. It wasn't until Friday (9 Jan 26) night. That we were finally told we would have to wait until the Monday (12 Jan 26), Finally at 4pm (12 Jan 26) the delivery appeared, Delivery driver offered no apology for late delivery (even as a courtesy).

Although Amy from Total Workwear did ask that I emailed her, and she would deal with the order. We still haven't heard anything more (despite emailing them several time (never any answer on phone). I will contact Trading Standards.

Worst experience surprisingly as I purchased after reading reviews.
I bought 3 fleece last week on your website,
And paid extra for next-day delivery; however, it has now been over a week and I have ONLY received the order confirmation but

NO dispatch notification, tracking details, or estimated delivery date.
I have made multiple attempts to contact your company. Emails are failing to deliver, and telephone calls go unanswered. At present, I have no information regarding the status of my order or confirmation that it has even been dispatched.
This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant concern as to whether my order will be fulfilled.
It will help if you treat this matter as urgent and provide Confirmation.

My request for embroidery was not a large order, just 2 separate but different pieces, which is not always welcomed in terms of setting up the machine. However, I spoke to Amy on the phone initially and she couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. When I arrived on site, I met Adam who was so accommodating spending time to go through fonts, colours etc. I received samples via email. They were perfect, exactly as I had envisaged. Customer service means a lot to me and Total Workwear provided a valued personal and professional experience.
