Believe it or not, but ChatGPT provided your details to source the Bondiboost product I ordered. I feel the product is not available anymore as I had an order cancelled by another source and many suppliers list it as unavailable. I feel like I purchased, from you, the last container available in Australia. Your service was all I would expect for an on-line order … timely and well packed to prevent damage. So happy as I’ve used this product for some time.

The store was obviously closed over Xmas/NY but this wasn't obvious when I purchased so I had to wait nearly two weeks for it to even be shipped, then no tracking was sent after. I followed up twice to find out when I would get it but received no replies.

While the product met expectations, we understand that the delivery timeline and communication fell short of our expectations. Our store was closed over the Christmas and New Year period, and unfortunately, this wasn’t communicated at the time of purchase. That oversight is on us, and we’re actively working to ensure seasonal closures are clearly visible moving forward.
Additionally, not receiving tracking information and having your follow-up messages go unanswered is unacceptable. We’re currently reviewing our customer service processes to prevent this from happening again. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.
