Service was great, language barrier hard to understand tech but with Hector's help it was explained well. Any issues that came up during the installation of the water heater was handled properly.

My experience with Total Repair was very disappointing. At first, everything sounded professional and trustworthy, but after the AC replacement I felt completely misled regarding my home warranty claim.
I was told not to worry about approving the invoice beforehand and was reassured that the home warranty company would cover and reimburse approximately $1,600. Based on those statements, I agreed to move forward with the replacement. Later, the warranty company refused to pay, and I was left responsible for costs I was told would be covered.
What concerns me the most is that I felt Total Repair was working more in the interest of the home warranty company than in protecting or advising me as the customer. Important details and risks were not clearly explained before the work was completed.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you are dealing with a home warranty claim, make sure you personally get everything approved in writing before authorizing any work or signing anything.

Hector was involved from start to finish. I had a full replacement and he worked to ensure I understood exactly what was happening and when. He answered all my questions and never felt rushed. He understood this was a large expense and worked to help my cost as much as possible. He is a good man.

They were assigned contractor through our home warranty company for broken A/C and within an hour of submitting the claim, they scheduled same day job.

Through out the job, Hector was prompt to work with our warranty company to provide necessary information and get claim approved resulting in fixing our a/c within a week. He was also very helpful answering all our questions and helping us make decision with only fixing necessary things saving us money.

Total Repair Now took care of a faulty ductwork situation that I was having. They were here the very next day after I contacted them. The guys worked all day, in the hot attic in late June and finished the job in one day. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up once they completed the job.
