Worst case on the market. First one started cracking after a couple weeks. Paid $5.99 on shipping to get 2nd "free" replacement and it cracked after 1-week.

This company and product is TRASH

I never saw or was notified that the sale would be final. It was a VIP black Friday event. This is how you treat VIPs? From what I understand, all Final sales must clearly and prominently state that fact. During the sale and checkout process, there was no prominently placed notice.

This company scams its customers and still considering contacting my credit card company and placing a complaint.

Scam - and they will not return items. Cheap cover that doesn't protect and scratches easily.

My case was 40.00 for a thin pro max 13 . I got the frosted white case it’s has a smear on it and scratches very easy . Not Happy at all . Will not buy another one from there . Cost too much and the quality is awful. I would give a 0 but it won’t let me.

They are just reselling cheap chinese Cases. Not ultra thin, not ultra lightweight. Just cheap!

You can find the same case on Amazon or other platforms for less than 10 bucks (Totallee wants you to pay 39!).

Avoid! Never buying again!

Cases are 2 dollar cases from Chinese websites. Please avoid!

I have ordered 2 cases (Order No#155830) from them. I wanted to return one of the item pertaining to this order which is iPhone 12 case in frosted black. I reached out to them multiple times via email asking them to send me return instructions and return label but no-one responds back!!
Its going to be almost 3 weeks and NO ONE RESPONDS!! I purchased in total 4 items from them. Right now I am regretting my purchase decision!
This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE HELP ME RETURN THE ITEM AND ISSUE ME A REFUND!!!!!

TBH, my initial response on opening the package was one of ‘Did I pay £26 for this’?, however, my concerns disappeared as soon as I put my new iPhone SE into the Totallee thin case! It looks mint!
One word of caution, when you marry up the phone to the case BE CAREFUL and ensure that all four corners are lined up prior to pushing in the phone. I did I not do this resulting in the bottom left of the new case being left with a little crease!
It’s not a disaster and does not affect the look nor the protection side of the case, but it can be avoided if you take your time when fitting it.
Once on, the case is virtually invisible but with a nice comforting feel to it. It does not in anyway make the phone ‘look like it has a case on it’.
Without doubt, it is for me, probably the best phone case I have had over the years, it looks and feels great.

I cannot comment as to how the case will protect your phone should you drop it as for me, I have not yet dropped mine!
The final point to add is TOTALLEE give a two year warranty on the case.
