Total Guide to Ltd. Anmeldelser

Great to work with Total Poole Guide and Liz on our free Beer Bike ride giveaway. Great communication and very friendly. Well done!

After agreeing an initial trial we were delighted with the short communication lines with Total Guide Poole which enabled us to react quickly to opportunities and build engagement. Suggestions and requests are considered on a “how can we” basis and the fresh look of their webpages is engaging. With lots of social media posts supporting both the Poole area and the content on webpages they have offered us a very focused and targeted solution that exceeded the brief we set.

Total Guide are always super-responsive and often aware of what could be promoted about us before we've even thought about it!

We began working with Total Guide To Ltd a few months ago and the whole team have been incredibly helpful. Team members always respond in super quick time, uploading blogs, information and offers to the site within minutes of us sending things over to them. We have had a great response to competitions that we have run with Total Guide To and will run more in the future. The flexibility given to us over the last couple of months during the covid-19 crisis has been invaluable, everyone pulling together to help each other is so important and Total Guide To have been amazing :)

Total Guide To has been an excellent support for my business. The Rachael and the team are great - Helping with social media posts and content ideas. They go the extra mile to support my business - connecting me with other businesses and making my brand aware. I am very grateful for all their support and would highly recommend!

Incredibly talented and hard working business really wired into their clients communities. High performing and totally trustworthy we’ve turned to the TGT team now for over a decade and they always perform for us. 10/10.

Dear Team Total

We just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the tremendous effort you have all put in over the last few weeks to help us launch our new home delivery service.

Due to COVID-19, our business model as we knew it changed, quite literally, overnight and we found ourselves in a situation whereby we had to diversify very quickly.

Without your sterling efforts to create an email campaign (in super-fast time!) and send the correct message to the good people of Swindon, I don’t think we would have got as far as we have right now. As soon as the campaign went live, the phone started ringing and we are now safely delivering delicious meals around the town.
Your support, both as a business and as a reassuring voice on the phone has been invaluable in these difficult and testing times .

So, from the team at Hospitality Services, and I’m sure from the people who are now receiving their food orders - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

We love working with Total Guide to Swindon, they are very helpful, proactive and encouraging in all that they do for us. They have helped us with lost of media campaigns with great success.

When advertising with Total Guide to Swindon, we found them to be really proactive and super professional. Really nice to have someone outside the scope of your own organisation that supports and drives your advertising campaign, rather than the other way around. It simply takes the pressure off.

We are very happy with the overall service offered by Total Guide. Very personalised approach makes you feel you are their only customer. Very impressed with response time and effectiveness of the work they offer. They suggest, advise, recommend and work with you on any required improvements.

Total Guide is the 'Go to Site' for what's on in your town or city. When I want to know what's really happening in my town it's my first port of call. Full of contemporary, relevant content and listings that are always at the heart of our community, there's nowhere else that even comes close. The Total Guide team are ACE! Professional and effective, they are real champions of the community and are also a 'Business Against Homelessness' partner. 100 out of 10! I can thoroughly recommend their services.

I could not be more impressed with Total Guide. They are responsive and basically do all the work for you, leaving you to look after your business. They have already given me so much more than I expected.
