SCAM: Stealing balance after rollover & providing FAKE license info!
STAY AWAY FROM TOPX (topxgo.com)! This site is a total fraud. I completed a 50x wagering requirement (rollover) as per their bonus terms. When the rollover was finished, my bonus balance was $95,320.40.
According to their own Promotional Terms (Clause 3: Transfer), upon completion, the amount to be transferred should be X2 of the original bonus amount. Instead, they deducted the full $95k and only credited $59k to my main balance, effectively stealing $36,150.98 without any legal or mathematical justification.
Even worse: In their official Terms of Use (Section 27.5), they list a official "complaints" email (Antillephone N.V. 8048/JAZ) as their regulator. I contacted that authority, and they officially responded that they have NO relationship with Topx. This casino is providing FALSE licensing information to mislead players and avoid legal disputes.
Support is useless and provides contradictory answers that don't match the transaction history. If you deposit here, you will lose your money even if you win fairly.

Me siento sumamente estafada!
Quiero dejar constancia pública de la pésima experiencia que estoy teniendo con el casino online Top X, porque considero que lo ocurrido es, como mínimo, extremadamente irregular.
El día 02/03 realicé un depósito de $50.000 a través de Mercado Pago, siguiendo exactamente las instrucciones que proporciona la propia plataforma de Top X. Tal como ellos exigen, la transferencia se realiza a un tercero que el mismo casino indica para acreditar el dinero en la cuenta de juego.
La transferencia fue aprobada y cobrada correctamente, algo que Mercado Pago ya confirmó y justificó. Es decir, el dinero salió de mi cuenta y fue recibido por el destinatario indicado por Top X.
Sin embargo, ahora el casino se desentiende completamente de la operación, afirmando que la transferencia “no fue aprobada” y pretendiendo que sea Mercado Pago quien me devuelva el dinero, cuando Mercado Pago ya dejó claro que el pago fue exitoso y cobrado por el receptor.
Esto deja al usuario en una situación absurda:
- El dinero ya fue cobrado por el tercero que Top X indica.
- Mercado Pago confirma que la operación fue correcta.
- Y Top X simplemente se lava las manos.
Como cliente, me resulta inaceptable y profundamente indignante. Si la plataforma obliga a transferir dinero a determinados terceros para poder jugar, debe hacerse responsable de esas operaciones y no abandonar al usuario cuando aparece un problema.
Hoy, lo único que tengo es un depósito pagado, confirmado y cobrado… pero que el casino se niega a reconocer.
Por este motivo dejo esta reseña para advertir a otros usuarios y para exigir una solución inmediata, ya que hasta el momento lo único que he recibido son evasivas y falta total de responsabilidad.
Espero que Top X se haga cargo del dinero que fue transferido siguiendo sus propias instrucciones, porque de lo contrario esto deja una sensación muy clara de abuso hacia los usuarios y una práctica absolutamente poco transparente.
