Hello Emii. Thank you for your feedback.
We have conducted a full check of the round together with the game provider. We confirm that the draw was correct, but the winning combinations GRAND, MAJOR or MINOR were not collected, so the main prize was not awarded.
The provider has provided an official video recording of this game session - you can read it at the link: https://ngstatic.com/enter.html?game=648&userId=replay&wshost=wss://wss.ngstatic.com&replayGameRoundId=451d3851-9090-46ae-82ff-521152dc545a&lang=en_EN
If you have any questions - write us, we are always in touch.
