this is scam website i paid 528USD for bussiness plan 1year and at the end i couldn't generate video it tell me that i have to pay 8credit to generate a video quickly else i will wait for hours and hours just to generate 1 video . Guys don't subscribe in this website it is a scam!!!

dont believe the fake reivews here. there are fake reviews. in the real world you pay nearly 500$ for 1 year business plan and they give you "unlimited" which is misleading since you have to wait 5 to 7 hours on the queue for generation. this is no different than free plans available on other ai video generation websites.
only 3000 credits on the annual plan. this means its not even 3000 credits that renew every month, but 3000 credits for the whole year, yes you heard that right. if they could do 5k credits per month that would renew, this could solve a lot of the queue problems.

I decided to try Topview AI because I kept seeing ads saying it can create viral videos in minutes. As someone who runs a small business and creates content regularly, I wanted something fast and easy. Honestly, the speed is impressive. I pasted a product link, and within a few minutes, it generated a full video with script, voiceover, and visuals. That part actually works. The interface is also very simple. You don’t need editing skills at all. Everything is kind of plug-and-play, which makes it beginner-friendly. It’s a time-saving tool, but you still need to put in effort if you want your content to look unique and high-quality.

It can get you 70% there fast, but the last 30% still needs your input.

SeedDance 2.0 rollout created massive demand. While crazy at first, they've done a great job handling it after initial turbulence. Queues are now much faster and more stable. Customer service while at first reeling from the demand got in touch with me let me try more and also offered a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I'm very happy with the way the company dealt with the situation and do recommend. The fact that they allow us customers to try Seed Dance is a huge deal. And I'm happy to say they delivered once the initial surge on their servers was able to be dealt with and their customer service was also very good in the end.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.

I paid $480 for a yearly Business Plan expecting a reliable, fully functional tool for creating AI videos. Unfortunately, many features simply do not work as advertised.

It takes 2–4 hours to generate a 15-second video, and even then it often gets stuck at 99% and never finishes. This alone makes the platform unusable for any business purpose.

The biggest issue is the misleading “unlimited” claim. In reality, almost everything requires credits. You only get 3000 credits per year, and just creating a script with their agent or using multi-scene already costs around 60 credits per video. At that rate, the credits would be gone within days if used professionally. This is clearly not “unlimited.”

On top of that, their agent (which is supposed to help with scripts and multi-shot videos) also consumes credits, making it even less practical. Their app is also very limited you can barely do anything without spending credits, and the so-called “free unlimited” mode is not actually usable there.

There is also confusion about features like “Seedance 2,” which was advertised as included but appears unavailable after purchase. This raises serious concerns about transparency.

Customer support blamed third-party issues, but that does not change the fact that the product I paid for does not work.

Overall, this is the worst tool I have used for AI video creation. It looked promising, especially with the idea of editing everything in one place, but in reality, nothing works properly.

I do not recommend this platform to anyone, especially businesses. I have requested a full refund.

Won't follow as instructed and will need to regenerate videos ending up to consume the credits. As a result, it is very expensive to create one video you want. Do not recommend.

I signed up for Topview’s Pro plan (29 USD/month for 80 credits) expecting a reliable AI video creation tool, and instead discovered a platform engineered to burn through credits while delivering inconsistent results. Most videos only became usable after 3–5 regenerations, meaning a large chunk of my paid credits disappeared just trying to get something half‑decent. When I raised this, support’s response was to blame my “improper prompts” and throw some generic “guidelines” at me, which did nothing to fix the underlying issue.

The subscription model is even worse. Topview makes a big deal out of “80 credits per month” but quietly treats unused credits as disposable; they explicitly state that credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle, which you’ll only notice in the fine print on their pricing and feature pages. I renewed my subscription on 22 Dec 2025, didn’t fully use my credits because I was away from my business for a while, and when my plan expired those paid credits were simply wiped out. Even when I offered to resubscribe on the same monthly plan, they flatly refused to restore anything, despite the fact that the credits were already paid for and not some bonus or promo.

What really pushed this from “bad product design” into “never again” territory was their customer service attitude. Instead of acknowledging how unfair it is to erase purchased credits just because a renewal date was missed, the agent doubled down, repeatedly hiding behind the small print and even throwing in snarky remarks implying I had “forgotten the time and shirked responsibility.” The message was crystal clear: if their ambiguous rules cause you to lose money, that’s your problem, not theirs.

To add insult to injury, they were very quick to ask for a positive review when I first joined, and I obliged in good faith. Looking back, I feel misled; that early praise definitely does not reflect the reality of using the platform long‑term. Public listings show the same pricing structure and expiring‑credit model I experienced, so this isn’t a one‑off glitch – it’s how the service is designed to work.

If you value transparent pricing, respect for customers, and a product that doesn’t penalise you for taking a short break from content creation, I would strongly recommend looking at other AI video tools. Topview might look attractive on the surface, but between the aggressive credit burn, non‑rolling credits, and dismissive support, my experience has been frustrating, costly, and ultimately not worth it.

Finally an AI tool that actually saves time I’ve tried a bunch of these tools & Topview is the first one that didn't feel like I need a second job to learn how to use it... I mostly use it for the AI video generator to turn my images to short clips and the quality is surprisingly good. The AI image features are also super handy for swapping out backgrounds or making quick social posts. It’s saved me a ton of back-and-forth with editors. It's pretty user-friendly and easy to adopt, I recommend.

I dont recommand going with this company.
Quality of the video is not that good and when you ask to correct some obvious mistakes, it consumes credit. Why am I supposed to pay once again to have a decent result.
On the other hand, generating videos is not always succesfful.
I tryed to consume my credit before the end of the month but generating fails a lot and I end up loosing my credit.
Support is not responsive at all, you get instruction to send feedback about the video but they never replay back.

The number of features Topview has available is actually insane. From Avatar 4 (my fav because you can use it for basically whatever you want - long/short videos, podcast clips, speeches...), to all available image generation tools, and even the video agent feature which I don't use as often because I make more of those organic long-form videos rather than short UGC ads, but still, a good feature. Good experience overall, with a nice and quickly responsive team!

I signed up expecting a useful AI tool, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The model feels very poorly trained, responses are inaccurate a majority of the time, and the value does not justify the recurring monthly cost.

What makes this worse is that they add barriers to closing your account and getting rid of your costumer data making this more of a scam.

This feels more like a subscription trap than a serious AI product. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable or professional tool.
