Absolute scammers send products that you have not order refuse to give a refund

Total scam .. product was junk , necklace was tarnished and broken and was told credit would be issued and never was . Do not waste your money on anything from this company

Do NOT give your hard earned money to these thieves. It’s terrible that they can get away with ripping off so many people.

Please stop ordering from this company. They are total fraudsters and scammers. We ordered shoes, which took almost 2 months to arrive...with no updates on delivery since the order. We received an entirely different pair of shoes in a bubble wrap envelope (no shoe box), and without any sizing information or tags on them.

When we tried to phone the company, the number they left on their website was out of service. The email did work and I was connected with a "Frank Young" who was completely unhelpful, offering me an $18 refund on an almost $100 merchandise price, along with a future 20% discount. When I told him this was an unacceptable solution for us, he said I could return the shoes at my own cost and **IF** everything was in order and acceptable to them, they would refund me.

Since this is Trendginor's error and not ours, they have not proven to be trustworthy and I will not spend another dime to return anything. I have submitted it to my credit card company for a dispute claim, which will take several months to sort out.

Hopefully they are exposed for the scammers they are. I see on this and other review sites, that I am far from being alone in this experience.

Total scam. Been 6 weeks - still haven't received my order and they keep refusing to refund me. I have disputed the charge with my CC company but wanted to warn others not to purchase from this terrible company!

Will never do business with this company again! I placed an order for 2 stocking stuffer gifts for Christmas before Thanksgiving. I did not receive these items until after New Year's! Nothing in the envelope - no order confirmation or return instructions - nothing! I sent numerous emails and tried calling - nothing! The items were those "forever" light lighters - and they don't work! This is simply an Asian company who is using a U.S. address to fool people who don't want to order from Asia anymore. Don't waste your time or money! Do not order from Trending Deals!

I ordered the cat fountain and after waiting forever I received a cat self groomer with cat nip. What a joke this scamming company is. I'm messaging the BBB they need to know they are scammers.

I have waited 6 weeks for my item and it is still not here. I was told 3 to 5 weeks. Your services are terrible as I have tried to contact some one and have only received 1 email. The tracking is also a joke. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered the robots 3 for the price of 1 i have recieved 1 i sent a message no respose i had planned to send them to small children for christmas . Disappointed it took awhile to make the decision to buy and this happens . Now i have to find other gifts and i have limited funds feeling let down

This company is TOTALLY A SCAM. I ordered a 3-pack of universal sockets and I received a plastic tray. Then I asked for a refund and the refund was conditional upon me destroying the items I received. Being plastic, I have no idea how to destroy them. I'll throw them in the trash because they are useless to anyone. Don't have a clue as to what someone would use them for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM i Trending Deals is a SCAM company.

Please guys stop ordering or buying anything from this fraud website call Trendingor. On the 5th october 2020 i ordered and paid $77.90 both for the product and shipping. After 3 weeks no information as per my order. I sent several emails which one frank young was replying with promises that my order will be shipped. A month and 3 weeks later,they i received entirely an outdated fashion shoe instead of the sneakers i paid for. When i emailed,same guy replied to apologise but said i can keep it but only $18 will be refunded to me. Also if i wish to return the shoe sent to me,i must bear the cost of returning that .
I have now written to Chinese embassy in Dublin with all evidences of my communications with them and pictures of both shoes.
Do not loose your hard earn money to these fraudsters called Trendingor.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes off Trendingor.com but they never arrived and after several emails the company sent me a false tracking numbers

I order t trimmers in gold almost 3 months ago. Still nothing...tracking is a joke. It’s been in Yawmen since 8/5/2020 ordered 7/30/2020. I’m canceling with my bank they don’t have to worry about my business again!

Several weeks ago, I ordered a Sabrent Memory Card Reader for my desktop computer. Including shipping, it was about $25. The part turn out to be defective. I emailed them and asked for a for a return/refund. They said that they could not do so because "it was passed their return window". I ordered the part on August 15th and I asked for the refund on September 17th, 2 days after a potential 30-day return window.

I asked them several times to change their denial but they just never answered my emails. I tried to look up a phone number for them but the internet had none.

This is red flag! Don't do business with companies that don't have customer service phone talk to real person! Companies that are so strict about their return policies are not interested in you, they're interested only in their bottom line! Avoid companies like this and avoid this company!

Paid express shipping for 2-6 day delivery... 7 days ago and it hasnt been shipped. Needed the item for the 19th and dont see it arriving in time 😞😒

Great company to do business with , ordered my product ,said 2-6 days shipping and free at that,came in 2 days , exactly what I ordered, package was in good shape and product not damaged at all.

My friends birthday was coming up in 8 days. I asked her what she wants. She text me a link to an Amazon page of a 6 pack Eos lip therapy set. Only problem is, I do not use Amazon or have an account. So I searched this product online, unsure where this unique gift set would be available. I found it on Top Trending Deals... this was my 1st time on the website and I had never used it before or had been aware of it.
Much to my amazement after ordering, within 48 hours my friend thanks me for the gift. I made an allowance of 2-6 days for shipping and was impressed with the speed at which my friend received this gift. I live in Southern California and she lives in Washington state.
Shipping was efficiently fast.
I'm impressed because I emailed Top Trending Deals right after I completed my order. I wanted to leave message that this order was a gift and not to include any invoice. I receive an immediate email at 7pm, acknowledging me and that my request will be accommodated.
I will use Top Trending Deals again because the customer service attention to communication and fast shipping gives me peace of mind.
