Great customer service

Order many times and this time I had a defective image that I could not use. For some reason it had excess powder on it and when i tried to put it on a shirt there was powder all over the shirt which ruined one of my shirts thankfully I ran a test otherwise my stuff would of been useless. They refused to give refund or store credit

This has to be my 20th+ order so far and TopTier never disappoints! The service is fast, the quality is top notch and the customer service is unmatched. I’m so grateful to have a local supplier that I can pick up from or get delivered next day.

Two of my most recent orders were for UVDTF transfers to fulfill a 100-piece double-sided concert tee order, and a batch of double-sided player t-shirts for an alumni basketball game. I (and my clients) were thrilled with the quality!

They make it easy for me to keep my small business in business! Great job as always! 😊

Thank you for my dtf it was perfect

Quality of work is A1! If there is an issue with my image someone calls me before printing. THAT IS MAJOR!!!! Turn around time is never more than 48 hours but I almost always have picked up my order same day. Let’s just say I love it here!

I'm soon to be placing a 3rd order with Toptierprintlab.com
The shirts are of good quality, the print looks absolutely sick. From the color to the detail both shirts I ordered came out killer! I get comments and compliments everytime I rock one.
Customer service is prompt and on point and the prices are even surprisingly low.
I've turned into a regular customer.
Highly recommend

TopTier always delivers high quality transfers at an extremely affordable price! Plus their customer service is always on point! Couldn't ask for a better transfer supplier!

Great customer service and good prints !!

Very professional, reliable and fast. He takes his time with his customers to meet exactly what they need. I would highly recommend.

Here’s a phrase you could use in English:

The DTF materials are of excellent quality, and what I love the most is that I can order one day and have it ready the next, right on time! The customer service is outstanding—not only do they provide great support, but they also remember who I am and know exactly what materials I ordered.

Very helpful when asking about products they sell.

Always have a great service from Toptierprintlab

I love the y’all product the colors are on point, no hassle with the size on my designs. Plus I been recommended my friends about you guys. 💯💯💯💯

Best experience by far throughout any where in New York City I’ve been to at least four different print shops and each place has ruined the garment I came to this place not only did they help me with the problem on the old garments and fix it. They also gave me a great service and a great price and helped me throughout the whole situation and I left feeling very, satisfied, thanks

OMG I am so pleased. I will be using your services again. Thank you!!!

Top tier print lab has become my only go to for DTF print. Reasons being for me is the same day or 24 hr turn around service. Also the quality of the print are as I send my files. No color offset. Just as true to the color I generate my artwork. Their customer service is so welcoming. Always will to answer any questions that's asked to help me better my artwork.
And mostly Top Tier Print Lab DTF Transfers has been surpassed my wash test of over 50 wash and still shows signs of plenty of life left in the prints. ( I am a chef, I'm always washing my garments)

Hansel helped me out with getting a few custom shirts done with my business logo and they came out perfect and his help was A-1 level of customer service.

Would highly recommend if you’re trying to get business shirts for your company.

Amazing Customer Service. The owner is very polite and helps with any questions you have.

I had a last minute request for a DTF print. Though it wasn’t a large order, and also an order that was requested few minutes before closing time, they didn’t hesitate a bit and accommodated my request and delivered it promptly at the time they said they would. Top tier is true to its name. I would most definitely recommend friends and family and also would love to place more orders with Toptier in the future. The color of the prints were perfect as well. 5 stars to overall experience with them. My son was impressed by the store as well. 😊 Great job Toptier!

I love the quality and the price and turnaround time i was with pro world I had to wait two weeks before I got my product back with top-tier. You can get it back within 24 hours. It helped my business grow tremendously thank you so much.
