It was a bit sneaky how we made our purchase then the overpriced delivery was dropped in last minute. If the delivery charge had been made clear from the start we would not have bought the stove paint.

I am sorry to see you were unhappy with the delivery cost of the item. Having checked the website I can see the delivery cost is listed before the card details are entered and unfortunately due to being an aerosol we are limited to which carriers will accept this type of consignment which is reflected in the delivery charge.
Excellent Customer Service
I struggled to get bank details accepted. Next day I got a call following up my transaction, and they were so helpful. The order was placed and payment made over the phone, I received the parcel in record time from my favourite couriers DHL. Thankyou Topstak will definitely use you again

Excellent company will definitely use again when buying BBQ equipment
My experience with Topstak could not of been better. Firstly they have a really good selection of products and the interest free credit options makes it alot more affordable.
One I placed my order I was contacted by the manager and then another to confirm delivery . The BBQ was so well packaged and delivered on a pallet .
Absolutely love my new BBQ .

Nice quality hardwood and decent…
Nice quality hardwood and decent conformity to length. Size (circumference) of logs mostly too big for our small Chesnys woodburner which was fitted by Topstak. I will have to split most of the logs
