I agree with the concerns expressed here. It has been several months, and I still do not have a Walmart store established as promised. Based on my experience, the situation raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this service.

Ryan contacted me on Discord and advised that I reach out to Lee, a Virtual Assistant I have been working with for approximately six to seven months. The last time I spoke with Ryan, I requested a refund of the $2,000 I paid. I was informed that this was not possible.

Since then, communication has been inconsistent. Phone calls have not been answered, and text messages have gone unanswered. The advertising and initial representations led me to believe the service would be delivered as described; however, that has not been my experience.

I must agree with these other reviewers that TopRated Ecomm is a scam. As mentioned in the other comments, I invested money in an Amazon store they were supposed to manage and have seen little profit or ROI. Contact with this group of people, Christian (has left the company), Ryan (no response), Jomar (again no response) is impossible. Stay away from these people.

Absolute scam. Spent 10 grand with setup and listing first items. They promised a 30% return on COGS, and then went 50% negative. I complained and then they completely ghosted me afterwards, and told me they were unable to list anything. It has been months now between communication and am still hopeful that I can get my initial investment cost back after being left unattended for months on end.

I am looking for additional information regarding TopRatedEcomm. I was brought onboard via SF EComm and believe they are now under TopRated.
I have a large amount of money invested and have been bounced around to several people. 1st Kiara who is no longer with the company. I spoke with Ryan directly about 6 months ago and he seemed sincere by telling me he would look into the poor performance and management of my amazon account. JoeMar was then assigned and seemed to start getting things in order but then fell off of communication. Ivy was added and now has also left the company.
Can anyone give me suggestions on how to contact this company, David or Ryan’s email.

I engaged with the team one year ago and about halfway through they pulled all the Ebay listings claiming they were in over their heads. They said they were working to turn to retailing to try and recover some of my initial investment funds, but it's been radio silence for months now. I am now having to spend time looking into my legal options. Stay away from this "company".

Absolutely appalling experience. This company completely failed to deliver what they promised. I paid thousands for their “automated eBay store” and got nothing in return except excuses, delays, and broken promises.

They’ve been “processing my refund” for months, but I’ve seen no money — only silence and scripted responses. Now, to make matters worse, Amazon has flagged my seller account for fraudulent activity related to this mess.

This isn’t just poor service — it borders on a scam. I’ve been misled, ignored, and left with financial loss and damaged seller accounts.

Avoid at all costs. I’m sharing this everywhere until they make it right.

I have an amazon store with them that makes me good money. Its going as expected. What I was really surprised with was the ebay store that I bought too. I never knew how much you could make selling vintage clothing. Everyday I make a few sales but the margins on these sold items are pretty hefty. Everything on the ebay side is done in house which I also like. I was able to visit their Jacksonville warehouse and saw how they ran everything. Kameron and David are good guys. Business has been very fruitful with them. Hoping to explore their offer services eventually.

I've spoken to several automation companies. All of them were great and gave me a lot of information. It seems like everyone offers the same things. Done for you amazon automation via selling branded wholesale products. The reason I went with top rated is because the sales person, Christian, made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and overall just provided value for me. He was not trying to get a sale but rather provided me with all the information to make an informed decision on which company to go with. Along with that, I met some of the partners of the company, saw some of the stores they ran, and everyone was transparent about everything. I am only a couple months in, but I've already seen some results with my amazon store. Nothing crazy but I can tell we are headed in the right direction. The team is fulfilling on their expectations and I am super happy with how things progressed. I'm looking forward to building my store even more. Awesome experience so far.

Overall, the experience with toprated has been very smooth. They explained everything professionally and clearly. My store is only 6 months old at the moment and it’s producing a really healthy income. Very pleased so far.
