They can tell u they are only running a soft pull to see if u qualify for a traditional loan which I advised them I wouldn't yet they lied just to get me to fill out the app then said they only do traditional loans and cant offer TRAC leases or CAPITAL leases were the equiment itself is used as collateral. F'ing typical banker scumbags but f em cuz I'll b happy to take my $40,000 down payment elseshere to a transparent/truthful lender.

They are crooks. They will quote you on the phone 1 interest rate, not be able to secure that rate, charge your credit card to find funding and can’t deliver at the initial rate. They will not refund. People looking for financing be ware.

This company is a complete scam. After reporting the APR on the proposed loan and prior to completing the loan application, I requested to close the loan application because I found a better loan elsewhere. The company refused to close the loan and refund $3400 in charges. This is criminal.

It was a great experience, overall. TopMark help us finance our first truck. We were able to work with Cindy, Monique, and James. James is the one who helped us cross the finish line. They were all patient with us and respectful. They were on top of doing what they can to move business along. They are people, not robots. They balance personal life and work well. We appreciate their time and services!

Horrible company, the rate was insane and you can’t even get answers about anything from them. Then they keep calling and emailing to harass you after the fact. Go with any other company.

The statement on the contract states Balance Due Upon Final Approval: $amount. However, you will not receive a actual Final Approval until you send the money and it goes back to underwriting and you then have to meet any and all requirements from underwriting. If for any reason you send money in advance to TopMark the fine print states, Enter into a funded finance agreement for any reason, the Documentation Fee and all other authorized upfront payments, and/or upfront balance amounts paid to TopMark related to the transaction will become non-refundable. If you request a refund, the representative will tell you the funds will be applied to another transaction and it is non-refundable and can be used when you reapply.

Who ever thinks these guys do good business should too be investigated further along with their partners in crime Pawnee leasing...
