Been using TopFX for a while now and the experience has been generally good. Execution is decent, withdrawals were processed without issues, and support replies in a reasonable time. The platform is easy to use and overall things have been running smoothly so far.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE BROKER! My mentor traded XAU (Gold) here and made a solid profit. But the moment he tried to withdraw his funds, these thieves outright denied the withdrawal.

The excuse they gave was completely pathetic and ridiculous: they claimed his profitable trades "affected the smooth operation of the platform." Are you absolutely kidding me?! A broker complaining that a client winning disrupts their system?

It is completely obvious how this fraudulent company operates: if you lose, they are happy. But the second you make a profit and try to withdraw your money, they instantly lock your account and hold all your funds hostage. They are straight-up stealing from profitable traders.

Do not deposit a single penny here. They are shameless scammers and you will never see your money again once you start winning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

TopFX only works smoothly when you lose money. Once you become profitable and request large withdrawals, they suddenly lock your account and freeze all funds. Their excuse is always vague, such as “affecting the smooth operation of the platform,” without any clear evidence or transparent explanation. Very disappointing experience and a huge red flag for serious traders.

I traded with TopFX for a long period of time without major issues.

After continued profitable trading, my account was suddenly terminated. Trading access was disabled, withdrawals stopped working, and the remaining balance/profits were cancelled based on a broad clause claiming my activity “affected the reliability or orderly functioning of the platform.”

Important points:

The account operated normally for a long time
Previous withdrawals were approved without issue
No prior warning or restriction was given
The action only happened after substantial profits were generated
I also recently deposited additional real funds (around $1,500 on 01/05), unrelated to previous profits

In my opinion, this creates a very serious concern regarding how profitable clients are treated.

I am posting this review so other traders can be aware of the risks before depositing significant funds with this broker.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent interaction with one of your Business Development Managers, Mr. Sk Tanvir Anjum, on LinkedIn.

I had reached out to him to inquire about your products for specific regions, as I am currently working as an Introducing Broker (IB) with another broker and was considering exploring opportunities with TOPFX. Unfortunately, the response I received from him was rude and highly unprofessional.

As someone actively working in the industry, I value clear communication and professional conduct. This experience has left a negative impression and has influenced my decision not to proceed with registration or any potential collaboration with TOPFX.

I believe it is important for your team members, especially those in client-facing roles, to maintain a professional and respectful approach when dealing with potential partners.

I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future.

​"STAY AWAY FROM TOPFX! They are not a reputable broker; they operate like a predatory market maker.
​1. THE FRAUD: On Feb 13, 2026, they executed a gold trade (XAUUSD) at $4,888.93. At that very moment, the global market floor recorded by all major independent providers (like Investing.com) was $4,907.10. That is a malicious $18.17 price gap created by TopFX to drain client accounts.
​2. THE RETALIATION: When I presented the proof and filed a complaint (Ref: 280276), TopFX issue a final refusal to acknowledge their error. Worse, as soon as I informed them I was escalating to CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman, they immedately CLOSED MY ACCOUNT (4009360) on March 16. This is a clear case of organization revenge to destroy evidence and block my access to trading logs.
​3. VERIFIED DATA: I have officially filed my case with CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus for organizational fraud and unlawful account termination. If you complain, they will kick you out. I have attached the termination email and the price manipulation screenshot as proof. Protect your capital and avoid this unethical firm at all costs."
