I do NOT recommend purchases from Toperth due to the return options. Although I appreciaate customer service's timely response to my return request, the options for return/credit are a set up for the customer to lose more money paying return shipping OR be on the hook for "store credits" that have an unreasonable policy for applying the credits. I ordered a dress for an event that has incredibly odd dimensions/ non-human in the shoulder area and requested a return. Although the item was shipped from a Florida address, my only option to return it is to send it to China and pay the shipping costs to do so- I expect shipping costs will outweight the cost of the $50 dress. The alternative option provided was to keep the dress and receive store credit- the trick is that store credit can only be applied to up to 50% of future purchase price. Meaning, I can use my credits to cover only part of a future purchase (regardless of purchase amount) then will continue to pay them more money. Based on the issue with the dress, I do not want to spend another penny.

Rubbish do not order stay away from them dress came stained and nothing like on the pictures. Now they don't want to refound the money saying it was send in perfect condition.

I ordered a dress from here, and the material and quality are excellent—just like the pictures on the website. Bridal dresses do run small, so you may want to size up 1–2 sizes.

As someone with wide hips, the A-line design hugged just right and didn't bunch up. Really thoughtful design.

Just wanted to share my experience ordering from Toperth so others are aware.

I ordered a dress and a top. The dress came quickly and fit wonderfully — no issues there. However, the top never arrived. I contacted customer service, and they said they would send a replacement.

Almost 3 weeks later, the top finally arrived… but they sent a large when I ordered a small. I reached out again, and they told me I could get a refund — but only if I shipped the item back to China at my own expense.

This wasn’t my mistake — they sent the wrong size — yet I’m still expected to pay international shipping to return it.

Just a heads up: if something doesn’t fit or there’s an issue, you may end up eating the cost. Proceed with caution when ordering

I hate stiff, itchy formalwear, and Toperth's satin dress was none of that. Ultra soft and sexy without being too much.

AVOID!!! If you want to return any items they want you to send it to CHINA which costs a fortune. The quality of the products are terrible! Avoid at all costs!!
