Non-existent client care at best, theft at worst
It has been close to 9 days and I have no product. You nether listen when I have connected with a receptionist, and fail to respond to my emails. You are very nice, and apologetic orally. But you never do what you promise: to look into this right away and then send what I have paid for. If the product was not that good I would have demanded a refund. Your customer care is plain and simple with no merit... it still does not respond to any of what the customer has expressly communicated about via phone or email.
The customer whose money has been taken 8+ 1/2 days ago simply wants what he paid for. Is that not a reasonable expectation?

Hi Kurt, That is indeed a reasonable expectation and we apologize for the problem.
In searching your emails to us, We found that we have actually replied to every one of your emails to us.
Therefore there's an issue with you not seeing our emails in your Gmail account.
Other than the obvious solution of checking your "spam" or "trash" folder, we find that emails from companies like ours often go into Gmail's "promotions" tab (at the top of Gmail) so please check for our emails there also.
We use several Domains in our emails to communicate with you so please "white list" the following domains with your Gmail account:

Since you haven't received our emails, we also have called you with the phone number you provided. Unfortunately every time we called you didn't pick up live, and your voicemail was full so we couldn't talk to you or leave a message.

Excellent practical introduction to trading.
In depth, practical knowledge of all styles of trading methods by Dr. Barry Burns learned from decades worth of trading gives a very good introduction to someone new at trading. It’s a lot to master, but the pace of the courses are perfect and the accompanying videos fills in most of the gaps in understanding that may arise by going through the course manuals only. Live trading videos are extremely helpful!

Customer service needs improvement.
I had asked for help from customer service, I told them I could not find the code that was sent to me and asked if they could resend again, they wrote back and said they had already sent it. I knew that but I could not find so I asked for it again, I paid almost $500 dollars for this course, and I can't use it.

Hi Christopher. It sounds like an email delivery issue. We have sent you the login information, and will do it again right now after posting this reply.
As always, please check your spam folder and since you have gmail, also check your "promotions" folder (at the top center of gmail) since gmail redirects a lot of emails that come from companies into the folder.
I also encourage you to whitelist @topdogtrading.com and our email client @topdogtrading.helpmonks.com so gmail knows you want to receive our emails.
Look for that email from us and you'll be able to use the course immediately.

I love Top Dog Trading
I love Top Dog Trading & the methodolgy. Their customer service is great. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly & helpful.
Dr Burns has done a great job, has incredibly helpful trading tools, courses & is a great teacher too. I've bought 3 courses & the Top Dog trading indicators for TradingView & it is a real game changer for me.

Visualized Trader
I purchased Visualized Trader after the rave review Dr. Burns gave. It is a good product but is more complicated than expected to get up and running. After reading the manual several times and following the scan setup procedure, I am still unable to get the scan to work according to the directions given.

Trading View Indicators
The buying process was seamless and the preview video of what you would get was clear and concise and very helpful.
The instructions once purchased were also very clear and includes some nice tips on how to tweak and get further use out of MACD with how to turn on the histogram which for me is a must as it also allows to see divergence better on the MACD as well as the Stochastics.
The option to change colours also is great as I am colour blind, so red and green don't work for me. I'm sure the indicators will make learning the method much simpler for all who choose to purchase...

Your refund policy is unclear. Is it 14 days or 3 months? And it would be good if your support staff would know about the refund policy. It would save the time and trouble of trying to clarify the issue.

Wow, where do I start, I have purchased the TOPDOG foundation course, to assist to start my trading journey as I am new to trading , and I have tried to trade, but it was an epic fail on my part, but after I have purchased the TOPDOG Trading indicators and t together with the education from the TOPDOG foundation course, my understanding has increased and my trades have sky rocketed. Dr Barry Burns thank you for developing this brilliant software, I am a very well satisfied trader, I would recommend the TOPDOG Trading indicators and the foundation course to anyone that wants to develop their trading skill set. Poor Customer Service
I have yet to get the software I purchase or a refund. It's has been 5 days. My credit has processed a previous credit 399 immediately but the 797 has not
been posted for no credit yet.

I am very pleased and impressed with the courses so far. I'm halfway through. This is what I've been looking for! Now the purchase of the visualized trading module was not quite as smooth because of trouble installing to tos. After contacting support though I was sent the video that addressed all of those issues. So I can't wait to put it to use. Hopefully I'll be thanking you for years to come! Jim vance
