Quick and easy service for an invaluable product!!

I had been recommended this purchase by a friend of mine. It took longer to arrive than I had expected, but all my box is now treated, and I am just waiting and hoping to see if it can help with my box moth.

I was told the product I ordered would be delivered on 24 April. I emailed twice and eventually got a reply saying they were moving warehouses. It finally arrived late on 7 May, ie 2 weeks late. Alas by then my box was all dead, just twigs. They then sent me a post saying how every week mattered for the recovery of box and therefore not to delay treatment. I responded to this by emailing them on 7 May a pic of my dead plants. A week has now past and Top Buxus has not replied.
I do not recommend this company

Ik heb 3 artikelen besteld die ook snel werden geleverd. Echter was 1 artikel niet compleet. Ik kreeg een keurig excuus mailtje en het ontbrekende zou worden nagezonden. Hetgeen ook geschiede.
Echter werd het verkeerde artikel nageleverd. Op mijn mailtjes werd daarop niet meer gereageerd!

I was a first time buyer on TopBuxus drawn in by many recommendations. I placed an order, in desperation as the caterpillars were emerging and I normally try to manage manually, but this year was overwhelming. I had never heard of TopBuxus before and I was excited it may help me. I was particularly drawn in because of the next day delivery promise, as I needed it ASAP. I placed before 2 pm/4pm as the notes specified, got an acknowledgement - and then nothing. No despatch notice, nothing. After 3 working days passed, I checked Trustpilot and saw many bad reviews about delivery. Being a nervous person, I honestly started to think I'd gone to a fake site, or that the company were in financial difficulties and I'd never see my money again. In the meantime, I manually removed around 2-300 caterpillars in desperation. I emailed the company - nothing. I emailed again - nothing. Then finally - a week later, I got a despatch notice: no apology, no acknowledgement of the delay. The goods finally arrived over a week late and by that time, the temperature had radically dropped below the required 15 degrees and therefore too late to use/work. Today, nearly 3 weeks after I placed the order, I get a "round robin" email apologising and saying that the delays in delivery were caused by a change in their shipping process. Not good enough, you should have taken the time to respond to customer emails when they contacted you, not when the problem was over. I spent a very worried week, watching my card thinking I'd been scammed. And worse - my hedge is now decimated. To say my experience with this company was bad, is an understatement.

The product -TOPBUXUS ABC Anti Boxtree Caterpillar - 5x3g for 150m2 Buxus (same as XenTari) - is excellent (and expensive). I have used it many times with great success. It used to be available via Amazon with very quick delivery. Delivery seems to be a problem just now. I noticed a serious caterpillar infestation which needed prompt attention. Ordered 28th April 26 and finally received 7th May 26. Infestation significantly worse by the time I was able to treat it. Have now ordered extra for future use.

If you're still fighting the infamous box moth, Topbuxus is the place to go.

Its size is practical, the device is robust and the handling is easy.

Ondanks de nodige scepsis, en onbekendheid bij tuiniers, groenwinkels e.d, toch de aaltjes besteld omdat ik niet langer met de gangbare chemische middelen wilde werken. Inzet van de aaltjes vergt een beetje timing maar werkt echt. Enige nadeel is dat de vraat van de rupsen nog enkele dagen verdergaat omdat ze niet direct bezwijken. Ik vind het een prima oplossing voor milieu en portemonnee en zal het zeker weer gebruiken.

I ordered this product over a week ago. The money has been taken from my credit card but the xentari and health mix have not been delivered. Like other customers I have received no response despite several attempts to contact the company, through online forms (twice) sending emails (twice) and sending a message via Instagram.
Meanwhile my box plants are being eaten.

An effective product delivered promptly.
