My experience here in New Zealand is the same as two others from NZ report. Battery never sent, status shown as sitting in China awaiting shipment for over 6 weeks. Customer services apologies for the delay and says it missed the flight 6 weeks ago. May be okay in other countries but there seems to be a problem shipping batteries to New Zealand. Update - the battery did get delivered and works fine, but delivery took nearly 2 months and there was no update or tracking information. The status still shows waiting for plane in China, and I have received the battery. I think they just need a better shipment partner.

It was good to be able to acquire what is quite an uncommon type of battery - it arrived as promised and all works perfectly now. Thanks!

Good battery works as stated thanks

It has now been 43 days since my order and I have not received it. Customer service is extremely poor they still can’t give me an eta or tell me where my order is. Disappointed they get to have a .co.nz domain - but clearly not meeting the standards of shopping online and the great level of customer service we are used to in NZ.

Do not buy from this company, extremely bad customer service. I ordered battery well over 6 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information. I emailed and get told to wait another week. Week after week get told same thing. They are refusing to cancel my order and refund me. I suggest buying straight from China over using these fake NZ websites

Getting the correct battery at a reasonable price

Topbattery communicated well. Was a little surprised to find the battery was coming from China but it arrived fairly quickly. Thanks

Battery arrive quickly and had all the parts to make installation simple and straight forward.

Battery arrived and worked very well. Genuine OEM product. Thank you

Recently purchased a replacement battery for UE Boom from topbattery.co.nz website. Although communication from them was limited, product arrived quickly and appears to be genuine logitech replacement.

For a moment, I thought these guys were dodgy and I've lost my money :(
But it's great that they delivered and I appreciate it very much! Will definitely order from them in the future!

Great store, prompt shipping. Original battery received, works perfectly. Recommendable

Bought a replacement battery for dyson vacuum. Item arrived quickly, fitted perfectly and is operating as it should.

Super fast shipping, great communication and a great product

Orderd a battery from Top Battery for an older Asus laptop, got information on shipping and approximate time of arrival. The process was seemless and the battery was an original, not a close clone. I would recommend this company for future orders.
