Ok product - Seems Rushed
Ok product.
Seems rushed due to business i would imagine.
Stud conversion slightly lazy. A few of the studs were sunk into the sole on arrival a little making tightening hard work. Wont be able to replace studs after a few games i would imagine with wear in them. However the ones that aren’t sunk work perfectly… so points towards rushing.
Tongue conversion seems good.
Major issue with wait time. Website wait time is 2-3 weeks. Mine came in 5 weeks after chasing via email.
No problem with waiting just estimates need to be updated on website to better reflect current state.

Beautifully modified boots. Would recommend and I am very likely to buy a second pair ahead of the new season.
They answered my questions about sizing promptly, and following their advice the boots fit perfectly.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, failure to reply to multiple emails/DMs as the boots where very late. Was advised would receive free boot shapers due to the delay/poor service, I didn't.

Heard nothing for over a month, chased 3-4 times.

Don’t bother with customisation…
Good communication during ordering process. After 1 wear the colour on one of the customised stripes came off. I contacted customer services and they said was probably because of a stud, they offered to send some paint for us to touch up, hasn’t yet arrived. I wouldn’t pay for the coloured stripes again as football boots are regularly going to come in contact with another players studs
