Received broken pressure washer ..
Received a pressure washer, came damaged with the lance holder cracked and the holder broken off of it . Emailed them and they offered a refund or £20 CREDIT due to it being "cosmetic"? Even though it has a purpose ... I've emailed them asking for a replacement and they have not replied to my emails .... Sitting here with a broken pressure washer and no response....

Dear George,
Thank you for your review, and we are genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your pressure washer. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive a damaged product, especially when you’re eager to use it.
It’s concerning to hear that you haven’t received a response to your follow-up emails, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on our end. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we will investigate this immediately.
We’d be more than happy to arrange a replacement for the damaged pressure washer or assist in any way to ensure you’re fully satisfied. Please contact us directly at Sales@toolsy.co.uk with your order details, and we’ll prioritize getting this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to making this right.
Best regards,

We’re looking into what caused the delay with your order and why you didn’t receive the timely follow-up you were promised. We want to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
We understand you decided to go elsewhere for your paint, and we regret that we didn’t meet your expectations. If you’re still interested in a resolution, please feel free to reach out to us directly at Sales@toolsy.co.uk, and we’d be happy to assist further.
We appreciate your feedback, and we’re committed to improving.
