I have used several of this brands products and have been happy and satisfied with them all. Some take longer to see results than others, but that is the nature of certain supplements. I can not find if it is gluten free for my celiac daughter though.

I’ve only taken these pre/pro/post-biotic for a couple of weeks but so far I’ve noticed my turbulent gut has calmed down a bit and my, typically daily diarrhea-stools have started to slow down, which is a huge improvement for me as I’ve been dealing and struggling with this issue since years.

Helped with my fast to keep hunger pangs controlled. They're easy to swallow and there's no gross smell or taste. I’ve noticed no adverse effects while taking these capsules.
