I wish I could give them negative stars... I ordered something about a week and half ago and I still haven’t gotten my confirmation email that my item has been shipped. I contacted them twice and after waiting for over 30 minutes, they told me that I will get my shipping confirmation within a day which I obviously didn’t. No one knows what has happened to my order because “ they understand, but can’t help.” Totally useless.

I was given white petrouli eau de parfum bought in world duty free. Smell does not last at all. Sent an email to them but they never bothered to reply

Awful cheap glasses at top end prices - don’t waste your money on Tom Ford frames! Bought a pair of Tom Ford frames for my son- cost over £250. They snapped in the middle within 3 months. Tom Ford customer services were appalling did nothing just blamed their manufacturers- don’t buy these branded frames, stick with the real high end designers such as Gucci, Ralph Lauren or Armani if you really want to spend your money on designer frames as these brands pride themselves on quality. Tom Ford are rip off merchants who are just bothered about making money quick - they have no idea about customer service!

Just spent an hour trying to order on their website...absolutely hopeless. I give up.

Order arrived damaged. They refused to mail replacement. I am very disappointed. Tom Ford products are on my don’t buy anymore list. Never again.

Pretty website but cannot order anything of it.. I would expect a lot more from TF to be honest. You cannot buy anything... after paying via PayPal and being automatically returned to the TF website it won’t except my postcode or phone number a total waste of time, 3 times I have tried any every single time it’s saying the same thing - Postcode is not valid and phone number not valid” and it’s the same when I pay by visa .
Called them only to be told it’s an IT issue and other people are experiencing it too.
Joined trust pilot just to write this as I feel so fed up... If I could leave zero stars feedback then I would and I wont be bothering you again it’s your loss not mine TF

Brought Nereli Portofia Forte, because I love the smell, but it did not last long unlike other brand this only stayed a few hours, I would think twice before buying any of their products again, they are not cheap and you would expect a much better product.

AVOID tomford.com ! 😡 WORST WEBSITE experience online shopping ! 😡😡😡They cancel my ordered $.941.00 without reason !!! Waste of my time . What’s kind of your business??? Highly recommend to all people must direct shopping online at Macy’s.com . Price the same , you will receive many complimentary gifts and super fast shipping .

Weak smelling Oud Wood which dries down immediately into skin scent. Tom Ford customer didn’t feel like that was a good enough reason to try to replace the perfume with a different batch

Black Orchid is perhaps one of the best perfumes available out there. However, the pricing isn't so attractive.

I used to love the men's aftershaves yet the company just don't care if someone is ripping me off or even themselves off so long as the money keeps rolling in. The customer service just say not our problem.

I bought sunglasses from House of Fraser just about 18 months ago and paid over 350 pounds for them; they were sold to me on the basis that they were "anti-scratch" however they were anything but and after only a few months, there were so many scratches on them (and yes I kept them in a soft case whilst in my bag) that the daylight shone through!

I contacted the customer service dept for Tom Ford UK and they initially fobbed me off telling me I had to "reach out to their third party manufacturer who made the lenses for them" I said that I bought the glasses from Tom Ford because I expected an upmarket brand having regard to the name - and it wasn't my job to pursue the faulty sunglasses issue with anyone other than them; they kept fobbing me off and then decided to tell me they were dealing with my complaint and to be patient for 5 days; after 8 weeks and numerous chasers on my part they came back to me simply reiterating that I should contact their third party partner!

Shame on you TOM FORD - potential customers beware of this company who sell sunglasses at high end prices and make claims (anti scratch) that are untrue and then hope you will go away when you complain by constantly fobbing you off!

Was so thrilled when found TF has got their official co.uk website now! No need to overpay delivery charges to the retailers! Fast and free delivery, safe packaging, top quality product and really helpful customer service! Please keep this high standard!

Got the best perfume and NOT cheap but so worth it. Also the sales people that helped me at the NYC store were great.

Perfect indulgent mothers day gift.... I ordered TF Neroli Portofino from tomford.co.uk for my wife mothers day gift. I received the parcel the next day and I was blown away by the quality of the gift wrap and the product. Net result: Very Happy wife... thanks Tom Ford :)
