Great experience arranging my insurance cover through Tom.co.uk, I personally spoke with Mike McCarthy who had answers to all the questions I asked. I have previously tried to get coverage with other providers but had been turned down due to a couple of health related issues.

My experience with toms life insurance, the insurance was sorted out really quickly and everything spoken about was made very clear. Very good service and glad to have sorted out life insurance for my future.

I upgraded my life insurance policy today and I am totally happy with everything.
Tom is the guy I spoke to and I could not be happier with his professionalism he was great and explained everything so clearly. I am very pleased with the service.

I believe it was guy called tom funny enough was caring and seemed genuine. The cover seems great and ended up going through with the registration. One less worry to have now

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with James. He was patient and thorough and went through every possible option and allowed me to choose from the best. His explanations were crystal clear and easy to understand. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

wasn’t quite sure what i was expecting when i first went on the website and had a look. less than 24 hours later had a call with Gary who was more than helpful. Great guy who explained everything to me and gave me the run down in full detail couldn’t recommend anyone else for this!

I had a dedicated point of contact (Mike M) for my enquiry, which turned into an application, which turned into a policy. Mike had good knowledge of the products and how to apply them to my circumstances. The products discussed and offered were relevant to me and well priced for the peace of mind they provide.

Mike kept to his word when we arranged call backs, calling at the date and time agreed and was flexible when my availability changed.

I would have preferred to be able to get an indicative quote online in the first instance rather than have to spend time on the phone - that is my only minor criticism.

Finally, to finish this review on a high, following the conversation with Mike I referred my wife to have a conversation and get a quote for herself too.

Quite a rubbish experience with rude person on the phone. Young guy didn’t seem to want to explain some of the questions he was asking on the phone. Quite hard to agree to your questions and try start insurance with yous when you are met with some condescending answers and questions. This is from someone who is far from touchy too

Spoke to a gentleman called Joseph Purnell, absolutely top guy, easy to speak to, explained everything in a easy and simple way, couldn't of asked for a better person to speak to.

Lewis was great, start to finish! Very enthusiastic & helped a lot with advice. Got me a great price! Seen the advert & turned out it was also him 😂 very professional and made it easy to complete!

Pleasant experience Andrew Thompson was very helpful in helping me sort out a policy would definitely recommend.

I was left puzzled as to how this process and the ease of use of the Tom app was compared to another provider I’m currently with.

The customer service etiquette is one of the best I’ve had, I’m more confident about Tom than I am with my other provider of which I have been with for years… James was flexible at providing different quotes, answering questions at calling back when requested. The service didn’t feel pushy, theatrical or in-genuine.
