I was looking into life insurance and came across ‘Tom’. Spoke to Julian Saunders today and he made the process very clear and I was confident to proceed on the same day. Great guy, definitely recommend.

I had an excellent phone call with Julian amazing customer service and he was very patient going through everything and making sure I understood and being a great helping hand in the process.
Anyone can read words and click buttons but having the help was really useful.
Although it’s all personal and some may say uncomfortable to talk about Julian made himself very easy and welcoming to talk to. I would recommend to anyone!

Very friendly. Helped me choose which would be the best plan. And giving me time to think about it. But after a couple of day I emailed for Mike to call me as I like to go ahead with it. He took his time, didn’t rush me and even spoke about, my misses getting a policy with them but under polly.

Scott took all the hassle out of setting up the life insurance and you can have a laugh over the phone too its not like taking to a robot 10/10 would recommend using Tom for cover and if you get Scott on the phone you wont have any issues.

If I could do more than 5 stars I would - Mike was a pleasure deal with, made it nice and chill throughout the whole process and explained everything to me. A no pressure call back from Gary who took all my details and history then sent several quotes for different options via e-mail without any pressure to pull the trigger straight away - great service and will likely get my business based on my confidence in Gary who had solid understanding of Military aspects of my life and existing death in service/pension benefits.
