I just wanted to take the time to leave a proper review for Gary Roberts, Sales Manager, after the fantastic service he gave me when arranging my Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover.

From the very first conversation, Gary made the whole process feel incredibly easy and straightforward. Insurance can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you are looking at things like life cover and critical illness protection, because there is a lot of information to take in and you want to make sure you are making the right decision. Gary explained everything in a way that was clear, simple and easy to understand, without using loads of complicated jargon or making me feel pressured into anything.

What really stood out for me was how personable and approachable Gary was throughout. It didn’t feel like I was just another customer or another sale. He genuinely took the time to understand what I needed, answer my questions properly and make sure I was happy with everything before moving forward. I never once felt rushed, and I felt completely comfortable asking anything I wasn’t sure about.

The price was another massive positive. I managed to get my Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover for around £25, which I was genuinely really impressed with. For the level of protection and the peace of mind it gives me, I think that represents excellent value for money.

For me, having this sort of cover in place is all about knowing that if something unexpected ever happened, there is some financial protection there. Gary really helped me understand the importance of having the right cover rather than simply choosing something without knowing exactly what it includes.

The biggest compliment I can probably give Gary is that I was so impressed with the service, the price and how smoothly everything went that I spoke to my partner about it afterwards, and my partner is now signing up with Gary tomorrow as well. I think that says a lot about the confidence Gary gave me throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t recommend somebody to my partner unless I genuinely trusted the service I had received myself.

It is refreshing to deal with someone who is professional and knowledgeable but also friendly, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Gary made something that could have felt complicated feel completely stress-free from beginning to end.

A massive thank you to Gary Roberts for all your help, patience and advice. I’m really pleased with the cover I now have in place and very happy with the price too.

If anyone is considering Life Insurance or Critical Illness Cover and wants someone who will actually take the time to explain everything properly and help you find something suitable, I would definitely recommend speaking to Gary.

Linda and courtney made this experience for me without them I would have quit at the first hurdle because of my specialist needs. They went between me and the policy underwriters. These two are an absolute credit to the company can't thank them enough!
I forgot to mention Gary he was the gentleman who answered initially and out me in contact with Linda he was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't do enough for me! Great experience I had thank you to all who was involved!

Managed to sort out my life insurance & illness cover through TOM. Personally spoke to Mike McCarthy who was brilliant, sorting out my cover nothing was too much, he knew how this cover would keep me and my family sorted in the worst of times. His customer service was beyond brilliant and overall a decent chap.

Had the pleasure of having Adam Grinter appointed as my account manager. He’s been super helpful through the whole purchasing experience and extremely patient & flexible. Would definitely recommend to friends, family or anyone looking for life insurance.
