Tollbargarage Anmeldelser

I looked online to find the cheapest unleaded in the area I usually do use Toll Bar for my fuel, but obviously due to the increase in fuel at present I thought I should check first.
Online Murco themselves were advertising 1.46 (25/03/2026) on arrival the unleaded was not this price and was in fact 1.51 - this is a big difference.
I expressed my disappointment to the customer assistant and all I got in return was
'oh it must not have been updated, its not us'. Not useful whatsoever! And it is you, you work at the garage - if a customer is stating the prices are incorrect then do something about it!!

I expected more than the big chains down the road and the customer service is better.

I wasted my time driving home from work and taking the 'detour' to get to this garage to be met by profiteering and below standard customer service.
NOT IMPRESSED - note to others.. don't bother driving 5 mile up the road to be met by false advertising and rude customer service.

Fabulous garage! I've been using the services for a number of years now. Fuel prices are always very competitive. Petrol attendants very polite and workshop staff cant do enough to help.

Rude inept staff, fuelled 29.00 gave clerk 20 note 5 note 4 pound coins 5 20 pences, told me to wait till he counted as on his phone , refused walked out ,used garage for 30 years, rather run out if fuel than use toll bar garage lad needs sacking time Saturday 21.12.24 at 10.10. Horrible staff happy xmas

I have been using Toll Bar Garage in Northallerton for a number of years. They supply my company vans and also my personal vehicle. Nothing is too much trouble, from letting me know when my MOT's are due to arranging a low loader to collect one of my vans when it had broken down, some three hours drive from Northallerton! That was Mr Richard Suffell Senior. I can confirm, without doubt that both Mr Richard Suffell senior and junior run a very efficient business.
