The playmat is beautifully designed, no doubt about it. However, we were highly disappointed with its safety aspect. A few weeks after purchasing it, it started to get damaged. When we bought this mat, we had the expectation that it wouldn't get damaged from everyday child's play, as that could pose a significant danger to the child (risk of aspiration if the child tears off and swallows any damaged parts of the mat). The damages continued to spread with everyday play. The Toddleking rejected our complaint, explaining that our 3-month-old child is capable of destroying the mat in that manner, without inspecting the playmat. Therefore, I strongly advise against buying this mat because if you purchase a damaged product, you won't be probably able to replace it easily with a functional one.

Terrible Customer Service - paid for an item that I never received. I am being completely ignored. There is proof that the item was delivered to the wrong location - still I am the one who needs to sort it out.

3 e-mails from customer services to tell me that this is not their problem - I should sort it out with the delivery company. To be honest, the worst customer service emails I have ever seen - and this coming from a baby/kids company.

Since 1 week - no response. As of today - I paid for an item that I will never receive and no one is answering my emails.

Quite shocking

Package didn’t arrive. Their customer service didn’t do anything to try to help find the package. Terrible customer service.

Pretty design but the quality is bad, the tiles don’t stay together and they cost an absolute bomb. I wanted to return these straight away but the return shipping charges were a substantial portion of the product cost. Have ended up needing to duck tape the tiles together which defeats the point of having a playmat that can fit different spaces. In addition, the tiles dent really easily if you put any kids furniture on them. Super disappointed and feel annoyed to have spent so much for a poor quality product.

The mat is very pretty and so I was prepared to spend the money. However, we’ve had the mat about 1.5 months and the quality doesn’t match the price tag. It’s fine for a baby but not functional for a toddler. Everything leaves and indent in it, even the round rubber underside of trainers and 2 of the pieces have a small indented hole in them already just from very light use (I have one 3 year old), probably from toys. Also the mat doesn’t stay together and moves a lot (doesn’t stay put on the carpet) so I’m constantly adjusting it ALL DAY. Ok as a mat to sit and read or let a baby crawl but it’s meant to be a PLAY mat and in my opinion it needs to be more durable.

The product is very durable and quality. I absolutely suggest it. Costumer service was very kind.

The play mat is very poor quality. The designs look nice but after 4 months of normal use, the pattern started peeling off. Customer service was unhelpful.

My son has played on his prettier puzzle playmat for almost 2 years now. The beautiful design (Earth Series) is so easy to clean and reconfigure for a different look. I also love that it can be expanded with additional packs for his playroom. Looking forward to many more years with this playmat!

Quick delivery. We adore the mats they are made beautifully. Only wipe clean. Very handy for play and nap times. Can be used outdoors!
