I tried one of these patches on my knee (which was in quite a lot of pain due to my arthritis) and it genuinely worked! I left it on for most of the day and felt the benefits the whole time it was on! Would definitely recommend it!

Migraine patches have been a godsend! Didn't expect much from such dinky little patches but they have totally surprised me. My migraine episodes have decreased from 96hrs to 48hrs. The side-effects from the meds and aftermath of a migraine have been obliterated allowing me to reclaim the time that would normally lost to the awful torpor! Definitely recommend these patches! Thank you for helping to alleviate the dreadful symptoms of a disabling migraine condition!

Absolutely stunned these worked as well as they did. Within an hour I felt different woke up next morning able to get out of bed without any back pain. Will be buying some more

I am awaiting a knee replacement, I have no cartilage and it’s very painful to walk. I have tried acupuncture and had been searching for anything that might help relieve the pain as it could be 12 months till I have the op! Anyway I decided to give the trial pack ago, thought it was worth a try and realistically was doubtful it would make much difference! I have now subscribed!!!! The patches are amazing! I really can’t believe how much difference they make!! The only bad thing is sometimes they irritate my skin a little bit so if I’m off work I won’t wear one for a day or take off at night! I am so glad I tried them, the thought of struggling on until my operation was making me very miserable but the patches take the edge off and are making my life easier - I have recommended to friends already and want everyone to know how great they are!!!

Got them as a sample pack and never expected much, however after using for 2 days my lower back feels less stiff in the morning moves easier. Have re-ordered

Delivered quick. As described. Very sceptical at first but did feel a bit less pain fairly quickly. Not a miracle cure but certainly got some benefit and would probably purchase again

I initially gave this a 4 star but thought why not give them a 5 so have changed my rating to 5 as there wasn't actually anything they could have improved on :)

Decided it was worth trying the trial pack for lower arm pain that hasn’t been cured by physio/docs.
Wore the patches for at least 24hrs or until they came loose (smaller ones lasted longer for me as less effected by movement) and noticed definite relief and improvement.
Wearing of the patch also makes me more conscious of not over-using my arm, which definitely helps.
For what I need them for, small are easy to wear and barely noticeable; large mean I can be less specific on where I place them.
Have ordered more.

I have had chronic back pain for at least 7 years and have tried acupuncture, physio, yoga, Pilates, Reiki, spinal steroid injections etc, but nothing has worked.
I saw an advert for Tobetterdays and, being in some pain at the time, ordered the trial pack.
The patches worked almost immediately and greatly reduced the pain to the extent that I was able, for the first time in 7 years to undertake a 2 hour cycle with no discomfort. I therefore ordered more patches.
I ran out of trial patches before my second order was received, however my back does not seem as painful as it did before I started the patches.
I am not saying that these will work for everyone however they certainly worked for me.

The patches really work for pain relief, and seem to be repairing nerve tissue gradually.

No pain relief what so ever for my lower back pain

I have used a few of the patches on my hip and my knee, definitely felt improvement in pain. I have arthritis in my hip and I feel that my muscles are always tense on the arthritic side and my gait puts pressure on the knee.I feel that it has helped to relax the muscles and relieve some of the pain

Fantastic product, I have had a rare nerve problem in the back of my left knee which started after an ACL reconstruction Surgery . I have had 5 open nerve surgeries which failed to relieve my pain. I have been using these for a week on the scar across the back of my knee and I have noticed some Reduction in my pain. Will continue to purchase these as they are a great product and highly recommend !

Really good and speedy service with fast delivery. I have noticed a difference since starting the patches but it is still early days fingers crossed they helped with my mobility.

Quick delivery. The first time I used the patch I noticed a difference to my osteoarthritis joint pain. I have re ordered a few more packs.

These pads did slightly lessen the pain in my shoulder from bone spurs, but I found the plastic substrate rather uncomfortable. I don't doubt their effectiveness but a softer substrate would make them more comfortable.

Very sorry to say that the patches were NOT a success. My mum (87 with very painful hip) now has a seeping wound from what seems to have been a blister caused by wearing the plaster after just one day.

My partner tried the patch on his shoulder for trapped nerve pain. It didn’t stay on long enough to make any difference at all. Fell off after a few hours as soon as he started his gardening jobs.

Very disappointed.
