For me as good as opioid pain relief
I have been suffering from osteo-arthritis in both knees for years and have been referred for a knee replacement by my GP. But for being self employed I would have done this before now. This particular winter and spring has been particularly bad and has severely affected by ability to walk any distance. I recently did a random Google for pain relief, having tried most standard remedies that don't work well, and stumbled upon Tobetterdays. I have been wearing the patches for three days now and my knee pain has been absent for the first time this year. Not sure yet if this is short term or a placebo effect, I don't believe placebo because my pain was severe and to be fair I thought these patches would be a quack remedy and ineffective. I have been prescribed opiate medication for a different issue that has since been fixed, and so far Tobetterdays patches are as good as the Butrans patches I was using

We are so happy that we have been able to help with your knee pain especially as it seems like you've had a particularly difficult year with it! When it comes to the ingredients in our patches, they are all natural, containing only vitamin d and dextrose. The vitamin d helps reduce the markers of inflammation while the dextrose acts as cell food for nerve regeneration, which is why you are able to feel pain relief without the same side effects of opiates. We really appreciate this review and are over the moon to make such a difference for you.

Helping with chronic back pain
I have chronic lower back pain for around 8 years. I have tried everything - surgery, injections, physio etc which have all helped in some cases but still have the pain most days! It has been also been exacerbated with working from home (sitting down at a computer for too long) and I'm so happy to have found these patches! For the price and ease of use - I couldn't recommend enough! They have really helped me to get through my day and help with the pain. I have recommended them to my fellow chronic pain friends and they loved them too!

Many thanks To Better Days for a trial pack of their joint and muscle health patches. I use a lot of pain patches in Taiwan because of chronic pain associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia.
I liked these because there is no smell and the stiffness in my back started to relax a bit within 30 minutes. I kept it on for 24 hours - the recommended amount of time. These deliver a strong dose of vitamin D to the affected area. I also like the different size options!
I'm allergic to adhesive and that was my only concern using these. I didn't have any problems at all. It was also easy to remove and left no residue.

Little if any benefit for spinal muscle pain
The benefit I have gained from the patch to relieve muscular pain in my back is not much at all. A slightly warm sensation occurred. The second day applying the patch gave slight improvement but still negligible.

Helped me
Quick delivery. I was sceptical these patches would work at all but was prepared to give it a go. They have definitely helped, not cured my pain but noticed a significant reduction in pain level after a few hours.

Osteoarthritis pain control
I have been using these for my elderly mother who has chronic OA ( osteoarthritis)

Sizes
Really impressed but find the sizes not good for the area that I need to use them for. A medium oval or inbetween size would be good. I have arthritis in my thumb joints so need an appropriate size.
