Kevin and co were helpful and reassuring making a very stressful house I’ve a bit easier. I’d have probably like the odd proactive call, rather than me doing the chasing for an update, but to be fair it wasn’t Kevin’s fault that the other solicitor was rubbish and there wasn’t always an update to give.
Very good value and I recommend the service over a “conveyancing” firm

TMT are absolutely fantastic I can’t recommend them enough. The whole team are incredible, What should’ve been a straightforward transaction from selling my property proved taxing due to my buyer not being honest from day one, however Nathan was absolutely brilliant and patient and so on the ball with everything I have now Completed. Honestly if you need a great Solicitors TMT are THE BEST. I have used them before for other transactions and the whole team are bloody amazing. Thankyou so much

Janine kept us informed at all times throughout our sale and purchase. She was so professional and friendly and it made this process go very smooth for us. Hand holding us as had not moved for 39 years. Would thoroughly recommend TMT Legal for any house move

My thanks to the professional staff at TMT Legal Services for their advice and warm assistance in the sale of my sister's and husband's estate and the sadness of their passing. Leading the team, I’d also like to thank the Head Solicitor, Kelly Dawkins, and Callum Skinner for their guidance and professionalism during my visit to the UK, and that no matter was left outstanding or needed my attention by the time of my departure. I’d also like to thank Catherine Newman for her assistance and patience in my constant questioning, and to the friendly receptionist, who was always there to pass on items and documents required by the team.

I highly recommend this helpful gang of professionals, who made a very unhappy time relatively enjoyable, taking from me most of the stress that such an occasion can cause.

Thank you Janine for your professional and personal input to our house purchase. We were informed at every stage of progress and have been very impressed with the service generally.

Communication was clear and timely throughout, and I felt well supported at every stage of the transaction. A special thank you to Janine Raine-Cooper, whose diligence, responsiveness, and calm approach made the exchange process smooth and stress-free.

I would not hesitate to recommend TMT Legal Services to anyone looking for a reliable and highly competent conveyancing team

TMT were great in helping us to negotiate probate granting and then with conveyancing for the sale of a property. Throughout they were always there to answer our questions and guide us through the processes. Thank you.

Charlotte was fast and efficient and she explained each step patiently as we are new in the UK and a lot of terms are new and so is the legal process.
Thank Charlotte.

Janine.Raine-Cooper was very helpful with our house sale and move it was a bumpy ride but Janine was paitent with us and helped us. And now we exchanged contracts.

Kevin was efficient and simply got on with the work and did it to a high standard. In a 5 property chain with multiple other solicitors proving they should not be allowed to trade, Kevin was able to progress the sale and provided us with the reassurance that at least our legal work was in safe hands.
In a world of woeful service and solicitors, Kevin and TMT were outstanding.

A huge thanks to Catherine and her team at TMT for ensuring our move to a new build in Dorset went as smoothly as possible. Extremely efficient, always available to speak with and quick to answer any issues or queries we had, we were very pleased to have appointed TMT and Catherine in particular to look after us during what can be a fraught time. Highly recommended as a company.

Janine was knowledgeable, supportive and offered consistent guidance, which was imperative as this support was for my elderly mum. Through regular communication and updates we always felt upto date and aware of the stages of buying and selling property.

The overall company service was outstanding and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our family will certainly use there services again in the future.

I cannot thank Catherine and the team at TMT enough for all of their hard work in making our sale and purchase as stress free as possible. Buying a new build on a part exchange meant we were under pressure to get everything done in a 4 week timescale which the team achieved with ease. Communication was super efficient and always responded to my queries the very same day which helped the speed of the process. I’m so pleased I decided to choose TMT to act on my behalf and would highly recommend to anyone going through the same. Thank you
