Tm shipping was excellent in coordinating and accomadating to my car shipping needs in such a short notice. Vehicle was delivered in 4 days as promised and pick up , delivery was without any hassel. Shipped from TN to CA without any stress.

Second time using TMShipping LLC. Great guys, very helpful and thorough. My Mustang got picked up on time but arrived a day later than planned without any scratches or bumps. Customer service is very good! I will use them again!

I had never shipped a car before and it was quite nervous. I researched about ten companies and they were by far the best. TMShipping was timely, and our driver wonderful and always accessible. This is a great company to deal with. Overall a very easy a nice experience.

Needed to transport my car from CT to TX. TM shipping was the only company that offered an affordable price. Pick up was on time as stated to me when booking them. Delivery was a day early. Car arrived safe without any damages. Would use them again when moving back to NY.

TMSHIPPING made moving my car super simple. My car made it safe and within the time constraint. The dispatcher & driver kept me updated the whole time and he even helped me push it when he unloaded into the spot I needed it to go. Without a doubt will use them again should I ever need.

My personal experience with TMShipping was awful and I do not recommend. Based on the other positive reviews, my experience may not have been their standard. However, I would hate for what I went through to happen to somebody else.

After going online to book via the email link, we chose our "requested" vehicle pick-up date. In the comments we wrote that we would like for our car to be delivered 6 days after the pick-up if possible & completed our agreement. The following days we received no follow-up from TMShipping or confirmation that our order was received aside from the autoreply email after we signed our contract.

A day or two later, we called the TMShipping phone line with no assistance or confirmation. We tried connecting with our "assigned manager" via email - and when we asked about our dates all she said was "Yes, we have you booked for a pick-up on X date. I see you requested a delivery on Y date. Is that correct?" --- I replied yes and assumed that meant they had someone scheduled.

Still somewhat skeptical that a driver had truly been assigned, we waited until 24 hours before our vehicle pick-up date. (Shame on us, I know!) At this point we figured somebody with TMShipping would call us to confirm our driver has been scheduled & that he/she would be arriving during "X-X time frame" the next business day. By the afternoon we call the TMShipping line again and when asked for assistance the agent says "Your manager will call you back in 10 minutes" - before we have a chance to say "Excuse me?" - the line went dead. She hung up on us. We waited half an hour to receive a call that never came. We call again and ask to speak to our "assigned manager" who we had emailed a few times before. Once we got on the phone with her, she explains that our delivery date "6 days after our pick-up date" will not work because of the short distance we are moving. Totally understand that - we could have worked something out for someone to sign for our car in it's new location. However, the fact that TMShipping DID NOT contact us to explain that these dates would not work. As well as the fact that we had to initiate contact every time we had a question. That is when we became incredibly upset by the service we received. We then asked my manager to speak to her supervisor or someone above her - because, at this point, we are 1 day out from our car being picked up and upset that we are just now learning our dates were not approved. Keeping in mind, before this we were under the impression per our manager's emails that our vehicle's dates were confirmed. Either way, my manager says "Someone will call you back in 10 minutes". Seeing as how well that went last time, we insisted on speaking to a manager and were finally connected after on hold for several minutes. After explaining our situation, the manager explains the nearest date we could have a driver pick up our car was 3 days from now. We had signed a contract over a week ago for our pick-up date to be scheduled the next business day. So, having upper management tell us they could not schedule a driver until 3 days from now despite our contracted being signed & dated otherwise made matters worse.
The one positive comment I can make is that the manager did waive cancellation fees when we had to terminate our contract with them right there on the call. The downside was that my husband ended up driving our car across the country to our destination himself and fly back which caused way more of a headache than this whole situation was worth.

Again, I hope my situation was a fluke and not their standard. I personally will not be utilizing again.

TM shipping quoted me the best price to ship my car from VA to CO. Communication was great and my car actually arrived two days early. I highly recommend them.

Excellent communication and service Perez was very attentive to our needs and our busy schedules for pick up and delivery. He Communicate his location and progress as well as ETA. Car was very clean and no surprises. Excellent carrier for our show cars, definitely gets our highest recomendation. Thank you Joe.

Needed to ship my Range Rover from Cincinnati, OH to Miami, FL. TMShipping got it there in a timely manner w/ excellent service and no damage. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping cost ended up being $150 higher than the original quote. However, TM lowered their service fee by $80 to help me recoup some of the increase. Will definitely use them again if I ever need ship a vehicle or if a friend asks for a recommendation for vehicle transportation.

After reading all of the reviews I could find for auto transport companies, TMShipping rose to the top. I reached out to them and had a great experience with customer service. They answered all of my questions and quickly found a transport for my vehicle. I had never shipped a vehicle before, but it was a breeze and the price, though not the cheapest, was reasonable. I was willing to pay for the quality of service received. All schedules and promises were met and the delivery driver was very nice to boot. I recommend TMShipping if you are looking, no kidding, my son is using them to move his vehicle as I type this review.

Victoria worked to find a closed carrier for my classic MGB and it was delivered 2 days later after traveling from Florida all the way back to Michigan. The driver, Nick, was very personable and helped me unload and check the car. A good experience all the way around.

TM shipping was great, took care of shipping my car to Florida in couple of days after the order was placed. The driver was also professional , courteous, and helpful. On delivery he was good enough to take my car from outside the gates to my garage. Found the price to be reasonable. Ordering was very easy.
