Mish the customer adviser was very calming an explained questiins clearly an didnt judge me. So i thsnk him very much as i was very worried about my bills etc . So well done mish. He needs promotion.

Terrible company, bombarded with calls and emails threatening legal action after a supposed failed payment.
Payment had gone through over a week ago but instead of checking if the fault was their end they like usual went straight to harassment, which I then had to take time out of my working day to deal with.
Simple phone call resolved the issue after speaking to one of their customer service agents but it shouldn’t have even needed to happen from my end, it’s no wonder people do not want to deal with these type companies when they treat people this way.

I'm Izabella and before speaking with Michaela I was kinda scared of even answering..but today I actually realised was nothing to be scared about...
She was so professional and in the same time kind and friendly, she gide me along with the process and payments and now I feel relieved..

I spoke to Michael today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have mental health issues, which can make speaking on the phone very difficult and nerve-racking for me, but Michael immediately put me at ease with his warm, friendly and understanding manner.
He resolved an issue I was having very quickly and, thankfully, also made me aware of an account I had missed. He then took the time to help me arrange a payment plan that was suitable for my circumstances and needs.

What would normally have been a very stressful phone call turned out to be a genuinely lovely experience. I’m extremely grateful for Michael’s patience, kindness and understanding.

Michaela was an absolute star, made me feel completely at ease and ran through all of the stuff together as if we were friends. Honestly, considering the circumstances of the call, I felt amazing at the end.

In regards to everything else, was easy to get through to someone. The security was quick and painless, even though I didn't have a reference (not their fault, I just rang before receiving my first email from them). The call was a little long, but very thorough and not a complaint by any stretch. I wish all debt companies where like this!
