I have recently had the wonderful experience of buying 2 apartments with Ricky Murphy from TK PROPERTY GROUP. During our discussions, and preparation for the purchase, I found Ricky to be exceptionally professional and familiar with the projects and the market surroundings in both Manchester and Liverpool. He was attentive to my requirements and I'm glad to say I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I found TK property online and the main contact was Jay. He provided me with all the necessary information as well as local knowledge of the area. He has been working with me throughout the journey from the start to exchange. I would highly recommend Jay's services who is insightful, trustworthy and an excellent communicator.

I have just exchanged on my 6th property with TK Property Group. Jay has been amazing from the start and has been an imperative part of my property journey over the last 3 years. His knowledge and transparency has been key to the decisions I have made and the relationship we have built over the years.

I have dealth with a gentlman called Jay several times and he has helped me add a number of properties to my portfolio. He is very effecient and a man of his word. Very good communication throughout and great to work witg to aquire the samw goals. Definately recommend. Thanks Jay!

Great advise from Ricky at TK Property Group. I feel he went above and beyond to help and advise me on my property purchase and would happily refer and recommend him to friends and family.

Fantastic service. Clear, honest and very informative.

Very helpful & attentive service. Great team to work with if you’re looking for your first home in Manchester.

Just got the keys to my new apartment in Manchester and could not be happier! Jon has been super to work with and has made my first time buying as stress free as possible. Highly recommend if you are looking for a property in the city.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I have just lost all my money that I paid for as a deposit into a property. This just tells me just trust your own due diligence and not the logic of agents who may seem genuine but disregard the red flags in order to push a property sale. I can only hope that I get my money back as I am just a first time investor utilising hard earned savings that have very high opportunity costs. Really disappointed with the outcome.

Jon at TKPG is an absolute superstar! He made sure I was comfortable during the whole process, explaining everything in great detail and helped me to secure two outstanding properties. He and his director went out of their way to help me when a problem arose with my mortgage which I didn’t expect and was extremely grateful for. I believe it was the start of a long relationship with the company and friendship too.

They have gone above and beyond helping me with the purchase of my apartment in the novella project Jon as gone a mile further to help me can't thank him enough 🙏 I'm a complete novice no idea Jon has been their every step of the way even now while I'm in Thailand I'm still phoning him he's been my rock though all this as at 61 I've not got a clue so thankyou so much to your company and you Jon have been a diamond mate MR P A BARTON

Jon as been suburb in our quest to find a suitable investment property in Manchester City Centre. The range of options we had at are disposal and his knowledge of the city meant we could invest with confidence. Even tho we are based miles away.

Ricky was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the Manchester market! Thanks again!

Ricky was polite, friendly and promptly answered to our queries.

Ricky helped my wife and I to secure a great property in Manchester, so much so that we decided to buy a second one soon after. He is always clear and we found all the information he provided to be true and correct. He understood our needs and found the best investment for our budget and criteria. His knowledge of the market is vast and he is always available also for general advices. Looking forward to do more business together.
