BEWARE of TK property group
BEWARE of TK property group. Been scammed by them. Bought a property with them , was promised a £2000 cashback after the exchange . Was told by them that the payment transfer was made on 31/10/2024, but until today after 3 weeks of wild goose chasing, I have received NOTHING on my end . They couldn’t provide any confirmation from their bank that the funds have successfully reached me. I have been a victim of their SCAM.
Update: After posting this review, they have immediately paid up. However, they are NOT apologetic for the lapses , no recovery services offered, and I was intimidated to remove the negative reviews instead.
P.s: In response to their reply to this review, I would like to state that this review is genuine and true in my experience with using their services. They have been pushy, and have been harassing and pressurizing me repeatedly to remove the review, just because it is negative and they didn’t like it.
They are defensive and finding many excuses and blaming other third party institutions, and it was never their fault!
It was very one sided, everything was what they said to be the truth, the rest are fake. This was not what I have encountered in reality. I have called the respective banks and they told me the funds were not transferred in the first place! There was also the possibility whereby they initiated to transfer the funds, only for them to halt them and for the funds return back to themselves. The bottom line was after three weeks of chasing, the funds did not reach me, and only after I posted this review, they “coincidentally” use a different payment mode to pay me and, “ coincidentally” the funds reached me immediately.
Regarding the “bribe” thingy mentioned by them, it was them who offered me £2000 cashback “bribe” to purchase a property through them, and I propose a further £300 as a goodwill gesture to settle this matter amicably.

We are pleased to have received your confirmation that the sales incentive funds have landed safely with you.
Our records show the following timeline that we’re pleased to add for extra context of the scenario mentioned in your review as it is left with the intent to damage our reputation and whilst you try to hold us to ransom in return for you removing it.
We have acted 100% to the agreement made, the banking issue was confirmed as being on your side and every step of the way we have been in dialogue so this ploy to secure more funds after leaving a review is not well received.
Timeline of events;
- 31st October (the agreed date) full proof of payment was sent to you from our bank for the amount agreed.
- The funds left our account the same day, so we had no reason internally to think the funds would not land as normal. Usual timeframes for international payments can be 3-7 business days.
- 12th November - After hearing from you that the funds had not landed, we acted swiftly and contacted the bank within the same week to complete additional information and checks. On this call we were informed to wait 3/5 business days for the funds to reach you. We informed you of this the same day along with providing you a full payment tracking reference.
- 3 days later on Friday 15th November, this false and defamatory review was left with no prior messages or communication to us that funds had not landed that day.
- We contacted the bank who confirmed it is your own bank that have rejected the payment again in Singapore.
- To solve the issue as soon as possible, we then sent the funds from a separate international payment route. Despite not receiving a return of the funds to our own account first.
This landed with you same day.
- We kept you updated realtime throughout and a solution was reached promptly.
We have sent 100’s of international payments over the last 5 years and had no issues.
TKPG cannot control the international banking system and certainly not what happens with your own bank in Singapore.
It is very saddening to us that despite our best efforts every step of the way, once you received the funds, you messaged asking for £300 additional funds to be sent in order to remove your fake review and in your own words “no tricks, just pay up and you will win back a customer” that in return for further payment you “will change this review to a positive one”.
This is a direct bribe and one we will not comply with.
The monies landed with you 10 business days post the agreed transfer date because of an issue your side.
This is now in the hands of Trust Pilot and their legal team with all of our supporting evidence including the proof of money transfers we made, the payment tracking references we supplied you, your own messages attempting to bribe us and we await the right outcome.
