Hi Tim, I'm very sorry to hear this, we had a look at your order and the packing cctv and can see you were sent out the correct order? we haven't heard anything from you since receiving the order so we had assumed we went by the book but if you would like to get hold of us at tjsecigarettes@aol.com we are more than happy to swap any un opened bottles for you :)
The Best!
I wouldn't go anywhere else! TJ's have been great from Day 1.
I am a regular customer and usually pop into the shop or order online about once a week. The staff in the shop are always so friendly, helpful and honest! I once gave £10 extra without realising and the guy&girl in the shop noticed... and came running out to hand the money back to me :)
Same day delivery is also great! They always read the comments on where to leave the delivery if you're not home and if you've any problems with ordering online, you can just call and they'll do anything to help.
TJ's is the best 👌
