I love Ulanzi products but the downside is that the website is still confusing and not properly reliable, and there are many products which are not available, like very limited products sold here.

Ordered a product, the order was accepted. But the product wasn't shipped even 7 days later so I talked and I was told it's due to product getting out of stock. Which is really bad on the stock management part but customer service was atleast good. Since then the product was shipped after restocking and it's been over 12 days since that and I haven't received the product yet, I guess the shipping company is doing rounds with the product. Bad collaboration and lack of monitoring.
