Good Experience with Tiyana
I was new to Tiyana, when I came upon their website.
Two things immediately caught my eye, but I had some questions.
So I called on their number. I am very happy that I did so. Kuntal at Tiyana is a great help. He handled all my queries very well, but sadly the items that were highest on my wishlist were not in stock.
Later two items in the catalogue interested me. I ordered them and they were shipped speedily and efficiently. My first transactions with Tiyana went very well and they'll not be the last!

Good service and fast delivery.
Only dissapointment i have is that the product, ursa foamies i ordered is for dpa or sanken mics that are ultra thin. But in the product description it was mentioned that it is also made for sennheiser mke or me2 lav capsules. I now doubt it. Since me2/mke capsules are much larger in size as compared to dpa/sanken etc. I doubt whether these ursa foams will fulfill my purpose. Dissapointed about the misinformation of the product on the product detail section.

Absolutely professional and stunning service.
Absolutely professional service. I've loved my every interaction with them. Ive worked with Kuntal and he is just a champ. Tiyana has the best resources to help agencies and production houses with their unique requirements. Thank you Kuntal for all the patience and answering our questions, you are a true rockstar. We use only Aputure lights for all of our video production projects and Kuntal's support is one of reason for us to arrive at that decision. Cheers.
