Doesn't stick... on a perfectly clear and straight wall... and the compagny doesn't care.

We’re sorry to hear that the Magnetic Wall Board came off your wall and understand how disappointing that must have been, especially after you were excited to set it up.

When you contacted us, we responded promptly and asked for some additional information so we could better understand what was affecting the adhesion.

Although the wall may look smooth, the type and finish of the paint can still affect how well an adhesive bonds. We also asked whether the included 12 × 12 cm sample had been tested on the wall, as this can help determine whether the surface is suitable before applying the full board.

We also shared our setup and wall-compatibility guidance, including the recommended hairdryer method, and asked for the sample result so we could advise you more accurately. As we haven’t received a further reply, we haven’t been able to determine what may have caused the issue.

We’re sorry that this experience has been disappointing, and we hope the information we provided helps clarify the steps we took to assist with the issue.

The board does not stick to the wall

The board does not stick to the wall, even after following the instructions. Furhter more, the magnetic parts wont stick to the magnetic board. I sendt a complaint Mix&Tix and was told that they could not help as the puchase had been made + 30 days ago. Not worth the money, low quality product and no refund after 30 days. Not recommended

I was looking for a way to get kids…

I was looking for a way to get kids engaged while they travelling in the car ,on the plane and I saw magnetic play box as an alternative to sreens. Kids are really playing, they are 4 and 5 years old.

Received product with missing pieces

Received product with missing pieces. Have been trying to get replacements sent for over a month. Really poor customer service and am no closer to receiving the missing product. Terrible experience and would not recommend due to poor service

L'adhésion n'est pas très forte

Livraison rapide, il y a un échantillon pour tester le mur et c'est super (dans mon cas ça a bien tenu sur mon mur texturé, c'était très utile de vérifier !).
Le miroir est de bonne qualité. Je n'ai pas encore testé les crayons. En revanche, j'au acheté les formes en bois et je suis inquiète de la faible tenue : si on met les batons verticalement ils descendent tout seuls. Et ce n'est pas à cause du mur texturé, j'ai fait l'essai sur l'échantillon sur un support lisse et c'est pareil. Les grosses pièces ont tendance à glisser un peu. Je m'attendais vraiment à ce que ça adhère beaucoup plus fort que ça. Un peu déçue de cet aspect.
Aussi, j'ai pris le modèle vert, et les pièces en bois de couleur verte ne contrastent pas trop dessus, mais bon c'est un détail.
Sinon globalement je suis contente.

Nous sommes toutefois désolés d'apprendre que les formes en bois n'ont pas répondu à vos attentes en matière d'adhérence. Pour une tenue optimale, nous vous recommandons de vérifier que la surface magnétique et le dos des pièces sont propres et secs avant utilisation. Pour les pièces les plus grandes, les placer à plat contre le mur plutôt qu'à la verticale peut également améliorer la stabilité.

Nous apprécions beaucoup vos commentaires et espérons que ces conseils vous aideront à profiter pleinement de votre ensemble. Nous sommes également ravis de savoir que, dans l'ensemble, vous êtes satisfaite de votre expérience avec Tix & Mix.

I really like how the magnetic wall board stick to the wall, seems very thin but attachs perfectly. Wooden marble track magnetic playset is high quality, meet my expectations

Great product!

I first saw Tix&Mix on Instagram and decided to look into it further. I was initially hesitant because our wall is textured and I wasn’t sure it would adhere properly, but the included sample piece allowed us to test it first, which worked perfectly. The full magnetic wall has now been in place on our textured wall for several days with excellent results. It was very easy to apply, and we are very happy with how it turned out.

Avoid! Their delivery service to the UK is shocking and they refuse to make a refund notwithstanding the order has not been delivered and can’t be located.

AVOID - Tix & Mix - What A Terrible Experience!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I had a terrible experience with this company.
- Their magnet wall decals will ruin your wall if you try to move them. They CANNOT be repositioned or moved like they claim. I tried to move mine and it ripped the paint off the wall.
- Their "risk free" 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. You have to pay to send it back to LITHUANIA. And even then they only refund you if you haven't tried it at all. How is that risk free!?
I asked for a free returns label since the product is not fit for purpose but they wouldn't provide one. And it seems they wouldn't give me a refund in any case since it has to be in its "original and unused condition". Avoid at all costs!

Regarding our 30-day guarantee: we’d like to clarify that it does cover opened and used products. If the decal didn’t work for you, we would happily have issued a refund regardless of whether it had been tried.

We’d like to clarify what ‘risk-free’ means in our guarantee: we accept returns on used products, which goes beyond what most brands offer. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, as outlined in our policy — this is separate from the guarantee itself and is a standard industry practice.

Regarding the wall: our instructions specifically recommend using a hairdryer to warm the decal before moving or removing it. Skipping this step significantly increases the risk of paint damage, especially on walls with older or weaker paint.

Love it!

Great products! My almost 2-year-old daughter loves them, and the delivery was super fast. We have a magnetic board, five magnet sets, crayons, a mirror, and more. We use them every day, and I’d definitely recommend other parents give them a try. Such a great way to keep a kid away from screens!

She’s also in her drawing era right now, and the crayons are super easy to wipe off, even when they accidentally end up on furniture or walls.
