LUCKILY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY REVERSED THE CHARGES BECAUSE THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Do not trust those SCAMMERS from Tivonette.com. l thought it would be a great idea to purchase handbags for all the ladies in my family for Christmas. I purchased a total of 9 purses and was told that the delivery would be before Christmas, then I received a message that the delivery was delayed. Then like magic, an email with a fake delivery came about delivery notice. LIES, no package came. They offered 50% then 60% then 80% refund. I firmly requested 100% of my money back but it is now March 19th and still no delivery and no refund. They lied with a fake shipping tracker to report that the package was delivered to my house. Also, they've been lying about processing a refund.I have not received a refund. They repeatedly send responses using the same generic message for every email that I have sent. Empty promises of 15-25 days and delayed refunds. Do not purchase from these people because they are liars, scammers and thieves.

They deserve negative stars. It has been months and I haven't received my purchase or my refund. It's been excuse after excuse since 15 January. This place is a full scam. DO NOT TRUST!

Soft, not thin. This is a lovely, multifunctional sweater. Just the right amount of looseness—not too tight. The XL size was perfect. There are no scratchy spots on the sweater. I'm going to buy more of these fall/winter necessities.

I purchased some Carhart pants and tee shirts from Rivonette it’s been a month since I’ve ordered and nothing it was promoted on Tik Tok so I felt like it was ok as I have ordered from Tik Tok plenty of times with no issues so I have been scammed

This item is now a mainstay in my fall/winter outfit. It's a stunning off-the-shoulder top that looks really pricey. The quality of the material is excellent. It's quite comfy and has just the right amount of elasticity.

I adore these joggers; the fabric is lovely and goes well with any basic shirt.

I would advise size up because it looks nicer that way plus it's comfortable.

Nice Cardigan vibrant blue I'm a size 10/12 & bought the medium but I thought the sleeves were a little short when turning up the cuffs & it's quite short in the body (came to my waist)The button holes are quite tight but once closed they stay that way I guess they will relax & widen with use.Can't comment on how the cardigan washes as I've not washed it yet.On reflection I should have returned it for a larger size but nevertheless it's a well made & nicely finished cardigan with a soft feel would recommend but if you like a looser fit over T-shirts let's say then buy a larger size.

Cute going out shirt. The off the shoulder is a bit annoying because it folds down in the front. But overall, it is a cute going out shirt!

If I could rate this company a 0. I would. I ordered 7 handbags from this company on the 19th of December for Christmas gift I expected to be after Christmas due to ordering so close to Christmas. I waited until the 18th of January to contact company on where was my order. They told me it was delivered. I let them know I have several cameras outside my residence and nothing has been delivered on that date. I went back and forth with company several days for them tell me something I already know. They were sorry it wasn't delivered and they would resend my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to find they lied once again. Telling me my order was delivered on February 2. Once again informed them I have cameras. I requested all my money back.They told me the could only return 70% of money back due to what they incurred in sending packages they NEVER sent. I let the know I wanted 100% of my money. I didn't receive 70% of there products. I received NOTHING!; after whom I was e-mailing with because the only way you can contact someone which I should have know that was a red flag all the way. They return my money. However for future consumer run fast don't walk from this company a bunch of scamming going on here. After I had the first delay from this company I look for reviews and I'm not the only person this company attempted to scam. If I wouldn't have not stayed on top of it they would have gotten me like so many others. Run run run people don't walk! From TIVONETTE!

This company is a FRAUD. I ordered handbags from this sight, got a confirmation, receipt, a tracking number, and a delivery date. Upon “supposed delivery date” I received a delivery text. I went to my package room and there was no package. I live in a secure condominium with cameras everywhere. I went to the building managers office and asked them to review the cameras from said date of time - there was no delivery 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the delivery time and date given. I reached back out to Tivonette customer service to ask what company delivered the package. I was not given a name. Tivonette said they would reorder my purchase Free Of Charge. I received another confirmation, receipt, and tracking number of the “new order”. The same thing happened again. I got a delivered message. NO MERCHANDISE DELIVERED.

I reached back out to the company and I was BLOCKED. I can’t logon to their website nor can I email customer service.

BUYER BEWARE TIVONETTE IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

You can tell it’s made with great quality and also super soft! The only issue is I ordered it in the darker gray color, but it looks more lavender in person. Other than that, it’s a great purchase.

One star is too much. This company is a complete scam. I ordered from them on December 19. It is now February 16 and I have yet to receive my order and or a refund! They give you this bogus tracking number you emailed them you asked for your money you ask for the orders and they give you this. I'm sorry ask re-ordered it but nothing ever happens please people do not waste your time or money on this website one star was too much.

Delivered

I would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order for four handbags on 12/20/25 The first tracking number showed the package as delivered on 1/26 nearly a month after the order was placed—but there was no package at my door or in my mailbox.

I contacted the company, and they resent the order on
The second shipment then showed as delivered on 02/02/26 at even at the time, and again there was no package and no proof of delivery provided.

Despite this, I request full refund and because the shipment is marked as delivered—even though there is no evidence that anything was actually delivered. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This is a scam of the worst kind. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! They lie and steal your money because they never send anything. When you contact them via email, their response is generic & automated . Placed and order 12/4 & never received it or the promised refund!

This company is a scam they claim they’ve sent your package and then when it doesn’t show up after months they offer a partial refund because of their losses!

While it could be softer, it’s otherwise a perfectly fine cardigan.
