Recent 1-star-ers knew what they were getting into
Tithe.ly ran a low-key merch promotion that was shared without their knowledge on a large Australian bargain community. Consequently it was abused to the fullest, with mention of some users even creating multiple accounts to double-dip. The result was thousands of orders at the cost of $0 to bargain hunters.
Rep Justin has been super responsive on the site, and gone through all the right steps to explain the honest mistake. He's stayed respectful in spite of the shameful behaviour of some entitled people in the comments.

This company will scam you and take your money. They will not send an email about your order cancellation and will keep the hard earned money you spent on purchased items!!! Beware and take your money elsewhere!

Hi Helen. If your paid real money for your swag order, it has been refunded but can take 3-5 days to process.
For clarity, a coupon code for a $100 discount in our corporate swag store was posted to OzBargain without our consent or permission. We received over 8000 orders within a 2 hour time frame in the middle of the night (US) that we simply were not able to fulfill, so we cancelled the orders. Thousands of orders were for the same person using thousands of different email addresses. A cancellation email was sent to each order from Shopify (many emails were fake) as well as refund notifications for anyone who paid real money above the coupon. It was never our intent for the offer to be posted. We commented with an explanation on OzBargain. This 1 star review is not a reflection of our products and services, as we are not an apparel company nor did we scam anyone or collect personal data. We apologize for this inconvenience and unfortunate situation.

Order was cancelled. I placed an order for a jacket and it was cancelled. I did receive order confirmation initally then it was cancelled. Do not recommend.
I have no Idea what Ozbargain was until mentioned in this review. A friend of mine provided me with the code for a free jacket to support the app we use. Not my problem others are scammers.
Once again it was cancelled without notification and it is not right having a discount code to your website and not honoring it.
Does not matter now as we will probably not use the app in the future due to the bad experience. Thanks.

Ignore the recent 1-star reviews. They were trying to take advantage of an open $100 coupon with no minimum spend that circulated to one of Australia’s largest bargain sites, with thousands of orders coming out as $0. This resulted in orders being cancelled - completely understandable.

Unprofessional
I ordered some merch but they cancelled without notice. I just randomly logged in my account and saw my order was cancelled. No reason, no explanation and no communication at all. It's truly unprofessional and impolite way to treat customers.

Stop lying. I didn't received any email even the spam folder.

We asked people to please consider removing their one-star reviews because this situation has nothing to do with our business or products and the bad reviews are nothing more than an attempt to cause us harm. Someone posted a coupon code to our corporate swag shop on an Australian based coupon site without our consent for the sole purpose of trying to abuse and take advantage of our generosity. When we cancelled the orders we communicated very clearly to all why we cancelled them and apologized for the inconvenience. There was no way we would be able to fulfill t-shirt orders for 8000 people. Most of which were the same people uses hundreds of bogus email addresses in order to game the system.
Do not buy from them, they do not ship order
They do not honor the orders, and do not refund either.

and then flag so many true genuine reviews for it, such as scummy behavior. - Face the reality you did not honor anything, and you falsely advertised promotions

Canceled promo order for “fraud”
Placed an order after seeing promo on Threads app, ordered cancelled for “unforeseen circumstances.” This was disappointing, however the reason for order cancellation was fraud?? Not particularly “Christian” of this store, considering I also partly paid, and have yet to receive a refund.

Beware, they do not honour their word!
Ran a promotion on their website which they did not honour. Now have my personal information. I believe this was a scam! Be careful when dealing with their dishonourable organisation.

A company making millions a month off…
A company making millions a month off brainwashed people but wont fill a fraction of their monthly profits fulfilling orders that took advantage of their own coupons.

Tithe.ly lets us offer online donations easily
Tithe.ly does a great job of allowing our church to offer online contributions. It's easy to add new contribution funds and schedule deposit dates. The fees that are charged are reasonable and comparable to other credit card processing sites. My only complaint is that credit card and debit card transactions take different amounts of time to process - It's hard to get end of quarter donations processed in time for reports.

We mainly use the ACH deposit part of the program, but they have so much more to offer! Set up and use of the program for our church is pretty easy! Customer service for the program is great too!

Another way to give.
This platform option for our church gives them the opportunity to give other than most traditional methods. It is used mostly when the individual for what ever reason can not make it to church.
Then on-line giving gives them an option to give while they are away, or another means to give.
During our Stewardship Sunday we have encouraged our member and visitors to use this more as they get used to the cyber way of life.
