Titan have taken over Prosper wealth management progressively over the last 6 months and generally service and performance have deteriorated.
I am still unable to view my abdrn stocks and share ISA online or access any documents.
The value on my initial investment over the last 5 years had been less than any other investment I hold ( including cash ISAs ). Titans fees are very high.
Makes no sense to remain with Titan.
Time to look elsewhere

I was approached individually by two Advisors from Titan to help me with my pension and other aspects of financial planning. I was really impressed with the dealings with both of them though decided to go with Tom Austin as he really went that extra mile to get to know me as a person rather than think of me as a client. I have worked with Tom now since 2020 where he helped me with my pension and he has helped me continuously since then too. Tom is an extremely polite, respectful and driven individual who puts the needs of his clients first. He is non-judgmental and does not force his opinions and products on you for the sake of gaining a commission. I’ve had a very positive experience with Titan Wealth. The service has been professional, responsive and consistently focused on delivering the right outcomes for my situation.

I was very fortunate to be introduced to Stuart Bichard at Titan Wealth when I was seeking to transfer two pensions from the UK to Australia. Having no experience of the industry, I was naturally keen to ensure I worked with someone I trusted, given the industry's reputation and the added complexities of expat pension transfers, tax rules, and so on. From the first call I had with Stuart, I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and a down to earth friendly guy.
From the outset, Stuart was responsive to my emails, kept me informed of progress and was always available for a call if I requested one.

Over the years I have invested through a number of financial advisors, some who were quite frankly useless and a small number who actually worked hard to make sure my money was invested wisely. Tom Austin, my current advisor at Titan Wealth fits in to the later category. He reviewed my investments initially and made some suggestions, but surprisingly didn't suggest changing everything, as many advisors do. I took his advice, followed up by initial quarterly meetings to go through the portfolio progress. The portfolio is now growing constantly across all the funds, meaning half yearly meetings are now required. I am very happy with the way Tom reviewed my portfolio, made a few informed recommendations and then managed my the growth of my portfolio over the past 4 years.

I highly recommend Tom Austin. What sets him apart is his honesty, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. He never tries to sell a dream or push unrealistic expectations; instead, he provides clear, balanced advice based on what is genuinely achievable. He consistently puts himself in his clients’ shoes, taking the time to understand their circumstances and ensuring his recommendations are in their best interests. That level of integrity and client-focused service is incredibly rare and has given me a great deal of confidence throughout.

I went through the UAE branch as I was working there at the time.
1. I was first enrolled in RL360 retirement plan which has monthly fees and heavy restrictions for withdrawals. Their allocation underperformed the market.
2. I then bought an offplan property in the UK. The purchase price was inflated (180k four years ago) and comparable properties are selling at 120k-150k. Mind you, the current prices are below what I paid.
3. When i would meet with my "advisor" he would give me a superficial read of the market and then show me names of coworkers (that he got from the internet), asked me to confirm that we worked at the same organization and then contact them directly, telling them I referred them.

I was kept informed throughout the process and in general it was very smooth and quick, compared to other property purchases I've been involved in

I contacted them to arrange a meeting. A young man reached out for a 10-15 call and reassured me they'd be able to assist me with investing a good amount of money.

We scheduled another call with the people who would actually manage my money, but they canceled short notice (15 minutes before) and when I emailed to reschedule, they never replied.

I'm a UK citizen but I don't live in the UK. I imagine the first guy didn't realise the AML fears around the country I live in (Cambodia) and when they finally realised, they canceled the meeting and never replied to me about rescheduling.

Incredibly unprofessional and a big waste of my time. Also, ugh, using someone's first name over and over is the most transparent sales trick. Stop it.

Invested £114,000 in 2021, now worth £109,000, fees are more than growth.

Seems I am tied in for 10 years, 40 quarters, with a penalty to leave early.

I accept investments go up and down but the sales pitch was my I was in a poorly performing group of investents and they could do better.

The most appalling customer service experience. Poor returns on my investments, communication is almost non existent and when we do communicate they don't listen or action my requests. I have zero trust in them given their total lack of care and so am walking away before they do more damage.

A thoughtful introduction to this investment, Sam and Liam gave all the facts and details prior and during the deposit process. I look forward to getting to the completion date to so I can watch my investment and value to my portfolio grow and what should be better than market trends.

My advisor is Tom Austin. I’ve known Tom for a few years now and he brings a wealth of knowledge, informed, ethical and most importantly informed information.
