Wasted 3 Weeks Just to Find Out It Was Out of Stock
I am incredibly disappointed with the terrible customer service from Titan Nation. I wasted three weeks waiting for my order, during which they completely ignored multiple emails from me. When they finally responded after nearly a month, they casually informed me that the keycaps I ordered were out of stock and told me to just pick something else. This kind of communication and treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. Luckily, I paid through PayPal, so I was able to get a full refund without any further issues from their end. I strongly advise buying your keycaps elsewhere if you value your time and want a reliable seller.
