Adam was extremely responsive when we had a recent boiler problem. He responded to the initial call and made an appointment for the same day.
His work was very good; he diagnosed the problem and then rectified it without problem.
I’d definitely recommend Adam to others and will use him again.

My Boiler broke at 20.00hrs on a Saturday and I was desperate, Adam called as soon as he got the email which was the following day and talked me through what I needed to do, so kind, professional and easy to understand, thank you.

Brilliant service from Adam earlier today. Due to having no hot water or heating Adam visited the property and had the problem solved quickly and professionally.
He also took the time to explain the issue and gave me expert advice. Highly recommended and I will be using him for future appointments.

Our boiler died on a Sunday night in middle of February. We called Titan heating and plumbing on Monday, Adam came out on Tuesday and new boiler installed a week later. Adam was very knowledgeable, prompt and very tidy. He did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Adam was very friendly and prompt telephoning me before arriving on site. He carried out the work efficiently and kept me informed.
I would defintely use him again and recommend him to new customers.

A very professional and capable young man. He has done two jobs for us recently and have no problem recommending him as very pleased with his workmanship.

Adam responded promptly and v. efficiently to my oil boiler emergency breakdown. He diagnosed the problem, told me what he was going to do to fix things, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He was informative, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommended.

AJ and team were absolutely amazing in helping me get several things sorted moving into my new house. They offered great advice and helped me with a number of things from replacing the stopcock to replumbing the cold water tank. Massive thanks to them!

Wonderful, can’t recommend highly enough. Came for emergency call out as recommended by Valliant. I was unhappy with another engineer who came out previously and gave me a bill, but didn’t fix the system and wanted to come back to do more investigations. Adam instantly knew what the problem was and his quote for a replacement boiler was over £2000 cheaper than the first engineer. Excellent quote, excellent work and excellent professional manner. So glad I found him, so hard to know who to trust sometimes and Adam is one of the good guys. He even sorted out some fan heaters so my husband, who is in very poor health, wouldn’t be left in the cold.

Titan were fantastic! Within 72 hours of contacting Titan new boiler fitted. Clean and tidy, very professional and polite. Local company which I prefer to use. Nothing too much trouble, good advice given from Titan. Great job and great team. What more can I say. Would recommend 100%

Very clean, very efficient, on time and messaged saying on way. 10 out of 10. Done job really quick.

After calling about 10 heating companies, Adam was the first to call back. He offered advice over the phone to enable me to effect a temporary repair, until he came 2 days later to do the proper fix. Excellent service!

Adam and the team were very professional and friendly. Got the job done very quickly and efficiently and gave great advice. Would highly recommend

Brilliant service, efficient and friendly. Did the job within a couple days of contacting them and they charged us a lot less than our current plumber. Highly recommend.

Really happy with Adam and his team’s work on my en-suite (shower/tap replacement, toilet fix). Professional service from booking through to paying. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have used Titan for boiler servicing, a complicated shower replacement, and radiator replacement. Adam and his team go beyond what I expected. A great standard of work, with friendly advice and always clean and tidy. Will certainly be using Titan again. Highly recommended.

Titan serviced our gas boiler again this year. It was great to receive a reminder that the boiler was due for service. We have also previously used their services for a valve replacement on the boiler. They are always friendly and professional, their quotes are accurate and they do a great job. Will continue to use their services and would recommend them.

Adam Is very professional and does a thorough job. Has done a few jobs for us now. Would highly recommend for all plumbing and heating requirements.
