I had made a mistake on my shipping…
I had made a mistake on my shipping address and I sent them an email stating the problem and they fixed the problem and notified me that it was all fixed. Just the response back was such a relief.

Good experience.
I have had the massager for less than a week. I use it at least 30 minutes. I got the the massager to stimulate my feet because of neuropathy, numbness in my feet. I do believe things are some better and will continue to use it.

I never received my Confirmation (I was on Instagram) when I bought my Vibrating Plate.
So, I contacted Tisscare and Maricel was the person helping me. She was very kind and very helpful. She sent me the Tracking Number and stayed in touch with me until I received my item.

Cost me $50 to return a foot massager that was not usable. Other companies send you a return label and don't expect the customer to pay the return cost.
Won't be ordering from this company again.
