Great company, good communication and fast delivery

Absolute shiteshow of a shambles set up here, literally cannot organise a pissup in a brewery. Ordered two packs of buff slabs on same day delivery from the stoke on trent branch. First of all they sent out two packs of grey slabs. Then the next they swapped the grey slabs for buff ones, but whichever plonker operator was on the Hiab decided it would be a good idea to clamp the pack long ways, in the process crushing, cracking and breaking literally every single slab in both packs. I went in and requested they swap the slabs over and remove the broken ones, only to get a phone call from my customer telling me that they had dropped of the second lot of replacement slabs and left the 66 old broken ones there also. So far they've cost me 3 days work and made me look like a f#';., novice with my customer. On top of that a complete failure and lack of communication. I was supposed to be called when the first delivery was on route so I could be there to supervise it, I got a call from the driver when he was on site and i was an hour away from the location. Since then at every stage of this complete balls up I've asked to be called and my number was taken and was told I would be informed when deliveries were going out etc and not once has anybody called.

Easy to use online ordering and booking, chose a delivery date that suited us. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful, drop our order on the drive in a perfect spot.

Quick and easy purchase on the website, but you get to the store in Lichfield, walk in and wait for 10 minutes to be seen at the click and collect counter, then to be told to drive under the cover in the yard, then wait for someone to come along, luckily the loader was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience, delivery on time

Had a phone call from them today saying they have over run on the delivery and wont be coming I explained i had rang in the morning to find what time my delivery was as I had lads coming after work at 5 to finish off our drive as I have tarmac coming on Saturday Tippers have now cost me a team of 4 blokes wages and I can't get my drive finished now for another week.There are many other companies out there and local but I chose them what a mistake that was

Awful service, delivered damaged goods, when replacement in stock they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it, even though I’m only half a mile from depot. Finally got a refund after a month. Zero communication throughout. Avoid !! ( they did not contact me to deliver the replacement, they contacted me to tell me they could not fit in my delivery, that’s why I asked for a refund)
