Account was frozen because of some billing issues I contacted customer support and Mashiar the support specialist responded quickly and fixed my issue very quickly. No complaints here.

Recently, we made the transition from Act-on to TinyEmail, and our team has seamlessly adapted to this platform. We have encountered no challenges or difficulties during the switch. With extensive experience in various EMS systems, we can confidently say that TinyEmail's support is exceptional. The platform's user flow, UX design, list creation, and data management are executed flawlessly. Mashiar, in particular, has exceeded our expectations by actively communicating with us, providing valuable education, and demonstrating impressive features. We are immensely grateful for this switch. Although I seldom write reviews, I believe it's worth sharing that TinyEmail is a remarkable investment for email marketing systems, and others should be aware of its greatness.

Tiny Email has fantastic customer service and is easy to use. If I do have any questions, Mashiar is very quick to respond and resolve any issues. I highly recommend Tiny Email to anyone looking for a new email marketing tool.

In all transparency, I just started using @tinyEmail. Setup was a breeze. The interface is intuitive and easy to follow. I set up my first email campaign within 5 minutes, and wow – easier than Squarespace email campaigns with so many templates to choose from! The templates pulled my specific branding/logo/colors into the editor which is so easy to use. While I am not new to email campaigns, this is by far the easiest I have ever used (drag and drop elements), step by step checklists, and more.

As with any business, I am always looking for affordable solutions. This purchase is by far the best affordable one for my needs. I am not renewing our Squarespace email campaign service and sticking with @tinyEmail. If you need an email service provider, this is the one to give a look, a try, and you will find, it is worth the buy.

Good UI and easy to set up and put to work. I've tried a bunch of email providers in recent years and TE goes top of my list. Great value too for the price. Overall, I am happy so far and recommend.

I had some trouble signing up, and while it took a while to sort out, customer support, specifically Mashiar, was very helpful in answering all my questions and troubleshooting the issue. I appreciate their collaboration and look forward to enjoying the services they provide.

Great startup with lots of potential. The software is easy to use. You can add multiple "send from" email addresses. Instructions to add DKIM/DMARC/SPF is very straight forward. Only 2 downsides - you cannot sent plain text emails (yet - it's on their roadmap) and Automatons are quiet limited they connect be customized (again... yet, it's on their roadmap). Overall I am happy sticking with the product for basic email marketing (eg, newsletters, one off campaigns etc) as I wait for them to grow. Also, support team, Mashiar in particular, provides friendly communication and support.

Definitely an easy and user-friendly email client. I have quite a few different ones but love the interface of TinyEmail, email campaign templates, and analytics.

Tiny email is the best I've had so far, it's a complete product that has a lot to offer and it stands along with aWeber ect. Grab it before it's too late. It's got everything you need and more! The interface is awesome too!

I signed up the tinyEmail as an alternative to other services I use for marketing the app looks promising the UX is very great and the dashboard is so easy to use.

pros: I liked the easier way to upload the contacts it is easy and take you step by step and if there are some issues with data it shows up.

cons :

the analytics dashboard could receive more updates.

overall it deserves to use it easy app and intuitive.
