Phenomenal tailor-made experience
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a tailor-made proposal ring through this exceptional store. Despite the distance, the communication and collaboration with the store owner were outstanding. They made the effort to understand my vision and preferences through detailed discussions via email or calls.
Throughout the online process, the owner's expertise and creativity were evident as they skillfully incorporated my individual concepts into the ring's design. Their insightful suggestions and ability to translate ideas into reality were truly impressive.
The final result surpassed my expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were impeccable, even without physically visiting the store. The ring perfectly captures our story and showcases our unique personalities. It is a testament to the owner's skill and dedication to their craft.
I am incredibly grateful for the owner's guidance and support throughout the entire online purchasing experience. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were exemplary. I highly recommend this online jewellery store to anyone seeking a personalised and exquisite piece.

No confirmation of paid order and no info on delivery date esp during Covid period. And it was said if I’m not home during delivery, I need to pay extra for re-delivery. Not sure if order is accepted and product making has started even though I left a message asking for status and not sure whether it will be delivered or not.

Hi Jack,
Sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience! All of our order confirmation emails should've been sent out automatically via Shopify (we'll look into that) and we also sent you an additional email to communicate the expected delivery day the same day you placed the order - I suspect this might have gone into your junk/spam folder? We did receive an enquiry about order delivery date over Instagram however neither the user profile nor message contained any identifiable details, we then asked about the order number but unfortunately never got a reply so was unable to follow up.
As with delivery, please be assured customers will only need to pay for re-delivery if they "refuse delivery" for no valid reason. In case no one is home when delivery is attempted, HK Post will keep the parcel at their local post office for 2 weeks to await customer's collection.
Despite it being a mere misunderstanding we do understand it must've been frustrating for you... We have now resent an email to the email address you placed the order with so we can assist you further, please let us know if you receive it in your inbox/junk folder. If you prefer to DM us on Instagram please include your order number and we'll get back to you usually within 24hrs. Thank you!
Best,
TiniCoterie team
