I needed to add a 2nd Switch (Oled) to my recent Switch Console Insurance with Tinhat and spoke to a very pleasant guy Mohammed who dealt with my enquiry efficiently and added the 2nd Switch within minutes even though the Oled Switch is a new model in the Nintendo Stable...I am happy with the price and safe in the knowledge that my Consoles are covered in case of any Damage! I’ve had Tinhat insurance for a couple of years now and as I upgrade my mobile I simply contact them to change the policy details and my policy is then renewed to cover my new phone. It’s a friendly, efficient service with a competitive price.

The phone cut off a few times (error my end) but Mohammed phoned back every time. This is so helpful and very unseen, usually once it cuts off they finish with you and never heard again from them. Very friendly service and professional. Would use again

At first my claim was rejected, and I had a lot of trouble getting hold of the right people to sort out my claim. However, when I spoke to Avtar Singh, he was helpful, proactive and he listened and responded brilliantly to my problem. My claim is now going forward quickly, due to his fantastic input.
